Brought my bike in for tire tubes and a tune-up. After being charged $91 (outrageous) I assessed the work at home. The bike was NOT tuned up. Chain was not even oiled. I called the shop to discuss my disappointment and they agreed to reimburse my credit card for the tune-up charge. After ONE month, my front wheel is flat. Tubes were never replaced. When I noticed this, I waited for my credit card statement to see if they in fact reimbursed the charge for the tune-up portion. It was NOT credited. I had to file a fraud complaint with Visa. They are complete scam artists. I have taken bikes to get repairs and tune-ups before and I am familiar with the work when it is completed correctly. These people just want to gauge the customer and lie.

I bought a Cannondale road bike from In-Gear 2 years ago and everything has been perfect. Yesterday I went to go for a ride and noticed that the front derailleur wasnt shifting because the cable went slack. I took my bike in for service around 5pm on Thursday. They replaced the front shifter cable, adjusted the derailleur, and had it back to be Friday morning at 11. Everything works wonderfully again, the derailleur is adjusted perfectly, and I am very happy. The service ended up costing far less than I was expecting.

...friendly, unfortunately either not (too) motivated or totally incompetent....had my bike there twice to adjust the front derailleur, chain still rubbing (when on small chainring & when in the middle of my cog in the rear!!!!) & not shifting properly overall.....when i asked after picking up the bike for the first time if the derailleur got adjusted the answer was, "i thought it was"....hmmmmmmmmmm. not impressed.

My experience was fast and excellent. While driving to Hershey from Michigan, we had a major mishap of my bike falling off the bike rack and crashing on the expressway at 70 mph. Needless to say my bike was totalled! They quickly assessed the damage and I opted to just buy a new bike. Great people to work with. Beautiful store and great selection! If I were a local, I would definantly go back :-).

Customer service to me meens everything. This shop was excellent in the service they provided before and after my purchase. The friendly and courteous staff goes above and beyond. Ran by a group of cycle enthusiasts (as to be expected) this team was both knowledgeable and friendly. Was a little bummed that it would take a while to get the bike I wanted since they didnt have in my size so had to settle with something else, but nothing that made the overall experience poor.

If I could put zero stars I would! The owner is such a jerk. All he wants is your money and is not considerate of anyone but himself. I was going to buy from his shop since my family and I are huge into Yeti products and fitness but after his attitude I will never give him my business.
