This company made a commitment to disassemble and move a Brunswick Pool Table knowing that the one piece of slate was cracked, they came to my house, disassembled the table then refused to move it because of the cracked slate. I told them they had to put the table back together as it was and they reluctantly did so. I called the company and asked to speak to the owner and she refused to talk to me. This is extremely poor customer service, I would not even recommend them to move a coffee table.

Ordered an 8 olhausen classic table. Everybody in the store was laid back and there was no sales pressures or gimmicks. They had all the answers to all my questions. After about a 1 month order time frame, the table was delivered yesterday. The installers, John and Collin, I believe, were very polite, professional and installed the table perfectly. They gave me some maintenance tips for the table, which were very helpful. Overall, I couldnt ask for a better experience.
