The manager Tre or Trey (I dont really care how you spell it, because thats how much he cares about his customers) was very rude when discussing a sitiuation with a club. He then intended to call my phone and harass me saying "I went above and beyond for you, and my main goal is to sell clubs and make money." Very unprofessional and i hope who ever goes there is not treated the way I was. I feel very disrespected and talked down upon by him. He kept using the word "I", "I love this club" "I never felt a club like this". Golf is a game of personal preference. He will just try to push the most expensive club on you because he is simply there to "sell clubs and make money".

My local Golfsmith closed and this is the nearest Golf Galaxy. They should have closed this location and kept the Horsham PA Golfsmith open. The staff is nowhere as friendly or professional when compared to the Golfsmith store. I ordered a replacement shaft for my Taylormade Driver, and it appeared that I annoyed the sales rep. Twice he tried to sell me a new club, when all I wanted was a new shaft. After this experience I do not see myself going to this store anymore. I will just go through my pro shop at my club.

Great selection. Terrible sales staff. They are more interested in hanging with their college-aged friends and watching them hit demo clubs then help a customer like myself who was looking to purchase new clubs, have clubs regripped, and a new bag. I literally had to beg to get some service. These guys are clearly NOT on a commission program

If I liked golf Id go there.I had a stranded vehicle and groceries in my car going to go bad if they did not get refrigeration.The gentleman there was so nice and allowed me to refrigerate the little bit of items there in their break room.So friendly. Id definitely shop there if I liked golf!

Be prepared to get hassled if you come in wearing work clothes and pick up a club to look at. Was getting rushed out last time I visited here 35 minutes before closing. Support your local pro shop instead, might cost a little more but they usually care.

Its my go to store when my pro shop doesnt have the equipment I want. If possible, I always support the local pro shop.
