Had a AuquaComfort heater for two years, used it 3 times and now it doesnt work. A $4,000 heater. Apparently the Pocono Pool technician that opened our pool wasnt knowledgeable enough to know that the water levels were not at an acceptable level to start the heater and run it. Now WE the customer are responsible for the broken heater according to Pocono Pool and AuquaComfort because the 10 yr warranty doesnt cover this problem. We have been utilizing and trusting Pocono Pool for all of our chemical needs and water evaluations and now WE are held accountable? SHAME ON YOU!! I would accept responsibility had I broken the heater, but the technician from Pocono Pool was the individual that turned the heater on not me. You would think there would be a warranty for a two year old heater for the customer, but according to both companies this situation is NOT COVERED since it is a water evaluation issue which was done twice by Pocono Pool. You would think they would stand by their products and replace the heater after only using it 3 times. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH BOTH COMPANIES. ESPECIALLY AFTER SPENDING $50,000 FOR A HEATED POOL THATS NO LONGER HEATED!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE AND AM CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

They will SAY ANTHING to SELL SOMETHING. I brought them my used spa filter & they sold me a $32 filter they INSISTED was compatible. I tried to use it for a few days, but it didnt work or fit properly, so I brought it back. They refused to refund me anything -- because it was used! Find another place, one with some integrity. UPDATE -- In response to the BBB complaint I filed, they just outright lied. In effect they said I bought a filter too big and they tried to talk me out of it!? Pretty unbelievable. There are reputable and honest tradesmen in the area, use them and stay away from charlatans like these guys.

For the past 18 years or so I have used Pocono Pool and Spa. As weekender in the Poconos I needed a pool company I could trust and rely on. Pocono Pool is just that. If I have a problem or concern they are there to take care of it. They have called me at my home in New Jersey if there is a problem. The pool techs are great. I usually have the same techs which is great they know the quirks of my pool. Last years with the cloudy water problem, they came right up to fix the problem. Bonnie always is available when I call to answer my questions. Great company.

I have always gotten excellent service from Pocono Pool & Spa at very fair and reasonable prices. The staff and owner have always been extremely professional. I own one of their brand spas (Hot Spring) and they service and built my pool over 10 years ago. If I ever have a problem they have always fixed it promptly and courteously. Service and store staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have recommended them many times and everyone I have recommended has been pleased. I would highly recommend them for all my pool and spa needs.

Just wanted to take a second to thank you guys for taking care of my issue in such a timely manner. Im definitely very impressed with this level of service and am most appreciative. I own a vacation rental property in the area and the hot tub is a big draw. When the heater blew out unexpectedly, I was worried that it would take long to fix. Within 2 days you guys solved the problem and I no longer have to worry about my renters complaining or asking for money back. Im a very happy customer, thanks again!

Visited the Cresco location yesterday to pick up a couple of things. Both people behind the register were busy. Thats fine, but I was not even acknowledged by the sales people. Waited a few minutes and was completely ignored. A "Ill be with you in a moment" would have been all that it took to keep me in the store. I put my stuff back, and left the store. Very disappointed in customer service. I will never purchase anything from this store again. Its a shame, cause I live in the immediate area.

Very rude people in this office and very unprofessional technicians!! This is the 3 time this people came to my house and every single time there is a problem! First time they closed my pool they lost half of the parts that I had to buy than. Second time they actually broke pipes and now the 3 rd time they come to close my pool without outorization and when I called the office their only answer is " Its already done what do you want me to do about it!! " I will never use this company again!!

We called this company because they were the official rep. in our area for the makers of our spa. The owner and technician were incredibly rude, but we used them anyway, since we couldnt find anyone else. Then, when we called to office to express our concerns, the owner was on the other phone yelling at someone else. I will never use this company again, and thank goodness we found other options nearby.

I have used this company for the past several years and was very displeased with the condition of the pool when it was opened. It was as though they did not put in any chemicals. In previous years the pool was clear within 2-3 days, this year, it has been a week and there is still that green hue. I will not be using them again and save myself the money.

I always love coming here,, they are very nice and take their time explaining things to me. They test my water and print out a detailed chemical requirement testing and clear instructions on how to fix the problem. This is my goto place.
