I recently got tired of going to the gym and considered buying my own equipment to use at home. I was leaning towards getting my own weight plates and just a used bar. I decided to call Fitness Exchange and after talking with Tony he said anytime I wanted to stop in that they would be more than willing to help me find what I needed. I headed right over and was greeted by Tony when I walked in. After telling him that I wasnt too familiar with all the equipment being a novice gym person, he took the next 30 or so minutes to show me the different variations of weights that were available. He also brought me to the back to show me some of the gently used products they get in and how they could work with my budget. Thats when I was introduced to the line of PowerBlocks and man was I impressed. Tony showed me how to use the adjustable weights and different exercises to use them for. He even went as far as to let me use a bench in the store and try out different exercises to see if they were a good fit for me. At no point did I feel like I was talking with a salesman, Tony was so knowledgeable and was clearly there for what would be in my best interest not to make a sale. Not once did he lean me towards one product or another, he even showed me their website where I could view different products if I wasnt ready to buy then and there. I ended up buying the PowerBlock U90s and Im so impressed with them but more importantly impressed with Tony and his knowledge. Tony, thank you for taking a novice gym person like myself under your wing and really teaching me a lesson about weights rather than pitching a sale. Ill definitely be back in the future when Im looking to expand on the set or purchase the different attachments. A+

Made my first purchase 11/2014. The Vision S7200 HRT Suspension Elliptical. The machine is fantastic but my unit had some electronic / mechanical bugs. We had 3 service calls that got it working but in the end the machine was still not 100%. I voiced my concerns to Fitness Exchange and they replaced the machine with a new in the box unit at no cost including set-up and delivery. I was impressed how they stepped-up and solved the problem a year after the initial sale. The new unit has been installed for a week and works perfectly. Vision S7200 HRT Suspension Elliptical, is not an inexpensive machine but if you intent to use it 5-6 days per week as my wife and I do it is well worth the extra dollars. This machine is of a much better quality that what is found in LA and or Planet Fitness. My wife initiated the purchase as she has no time to get to the gym but wanted a professional machine in the house to fit her odd schedule, and provide no excuses missing her routine. We have also purchased some mats and free weights and will continue to make all of our purchases at Fitness Exchange.

I was referred to Fitness Exchange by a friend. I looked online at their selection, but thought their products were more than I wanted to spend. I found another treadmill that I liked, which I found out later is made by the same company. After much research, I decided on the Spirit XT485. I would have never factored this treadmill in if I didnt speak to someone on the sales team. He was knowledgeable about all of the machines, as well as another one I was considering from a different store. He was polite, respectful and helpful. He wasnt pushy and was honest about why he knew and didnt know. I left and return the next day to purchase the treadmill. It was easy and I was in and out within a half hour. I scheduled delivery, which came within the time frame they provided me and they were very flexible with my availability. The men who delivered also installed, I would recommend. It took them no more than 20-30 minutes. They showed me all of the features to ensure everything was working and explained adjustments. Very happy with the store and the installation.

The gentlemen that helped me through my purchase were extremely helpful for quite sometime leading up to my purchase. I had discussed my interest in the PowerBlock dumbbells over a month before purchase. I was given all information I needed. I thought I found a steal of a deal elsewhere but after I purchased from a competitor I realized I may have gotten a deal, but it wasnt what I needed or wanted and could not return them. I contacted Fitness Exchange again and explained the situation and they were able to continue finding the product I needed and with much patients, I returned from a work trip and drove straight to the location. The individual who had helped me through the entire search was not working that day, but the individuals who were working knew my situation and discussions I had had with the other employee. With three people that I know of in the shop, my experience truly could not have been better. They helped me with my investment with all the knowledge I needed. I am grateful for their help and am happy I found this store.

I purchased a treadmill from Rick at Fitness Exchange about a month ago. I am not going to lie-my plan was to go to Dicks to purchase the item. But I remembered my last experience there, even trying to find someone to help me was a chore, I was waiting around, tough having my questions answered, in general pretty annoying. So on my way there I stopped at Fitness Exchange. RIck was very knowledgable and the entire transaction was very smooth and stress free. He answered all of my questions and I left with the feeling that he had sold me a product that he would stand behind -that would not be obsolete with no service (as my last treadmill) and delivery was smooth and on time.I am glad that I decided to go to a smaller venue with better level of service.

We have had a great experience with the Fitness Exchange team. They certainly stand behind their products. We purchased an R20 recumbent bike, which unfortunately required some service right out of the box, however, the Fitness Exchange team was with us all the way, making sure we received the service promptly. They provided accurate windows for their visit, and were very cordial and accommodating. When we eventually figured out that the problem was related to a manufacturing defect, the Fitness Exchange team offered to provide a brand new replacement of the equipment at no additional cost to us. We finally have a perfectly good piece of equipment, and the way Fitness Exchange handled the issues make it easier to handle from our perspective.

Several years ago we bought two spin bikes from Fitness Exchange and had a very good experience so when I decided to buy a home gym I knew that Fitness Exchange was my best option. Rick did a great job of explaining the different gym options and put me at ease with my decision. I bought a high end gym and wanted to make sure it was worth the money and he was right on with his advice. I bought the Body Craft Elite with leg option and its better than I expected. Lastly, I think they are very fair with trade-in equipment too. We traded in a spin bike to help make room for the new piece. Oh and I almost forgot, I shopped the Elite all over the web including Amazon and couldnt find a lower price - its just something that I do.
