Tops Deli, ordered a regular and large sub create your own sub, got two extra jumbo subs instead. I was not asked for an order list of toppings like any other sandwich artist would have. I also asked for wheat bread, I was given white. Even a new server couldve done a better job with ease. I was not spoken to in a professional tone or given the slightest act of being courteous, and was greeted with snotty remarks when asked for normal ingredients like green and banana peppers. Finally, both subs were suppose to equal out to around $14, as I have ordered subs like these from other Tops locations, these subs came to $27....for what?! Both subs were charged at $12.99, instead if $7.99 and $5.99. The $12.99 was never even listed for an option. Next time you serve a customer, get their list, dont just make what you want to make for the customer. Hopefully this helps future customers experience with ordering subs.

They tote real butchers but the selection is really mediocre. Last time I was there they literally had zero ground beef available and no one staffed in the meat section to address this. This used to be our go to grocery but we drive an additional 12 minutes to a competitor due to better selection and much much nicer deli staff.

They never order enough inventory when something is on sale. We have had so many rain checks its ridiculous, even when we go the day of the sale. They have very few lanes open at the busiest times.

Very expensive and not a great selection. Store hasnt appeared to change in 20 years. Only go there if absolutely necessary. A lot of frozen goods are freezer burnt because they sit there for so long.

First tops are proud supporters of the buffalo bills and they usually have great deals going on everytime I go there they have tons of buy one get one two three or five free plus gas points bonuses

One of the best grocery stores in Erie, PA. Everyone who works here is very friendly and know more about where everything is than Walmart employees do at Walmart. Head and shoulders above Walmart.

Friendly staff, and very close to where I live. Cannot figure out why they do not carry ronzoni super greens rotini though. Have to travel to a different store just to get that .

It has a better selection than Walmart, but isnt as good as Wegmans or as good a deli as Tuscany Meats and Deli, but in Dunkirk & Fredonia its really the only alternative.
