The store is not as clean as it used to be, products just thrown on shelves no care. Rest rooms are filthy as they say about food service places they rate your kitchen on how clean you bathrooms are. Dry cleaning line you have to go in customer service and wait while people are playing lottery STOPPED using thier service. Pharmacy is the best in the area there is a tech that is excellent I am not sure of her name she has gray hair short and the best smile and best customer service CLONE HER For the rest of your store. I ave been going to Mt Nebo for all my products lately and you are 5 mins from my home

I go here for a quick trip most of the time if I cant make it to a cheaper grocery store. This one is alright, outdated like most GEs. When I was using self-checkout, it was being difficult and one of the employees handling it gave me a little bit of an attitude about me not doing it right. Ive worked retail my entire life so I hope Im not acting like a typical entitled customer but yeah, an attitude isnt really necessary.

9:00 on a Saturday morning and there is no ground meat on the shelf and no one working in the meat department?! The company as a whole has been downsizing and this takes the cake. Drop your prices if youre going to drop your staff this low. Youre the biggest and most expensive grocery store in the area. Act like it.

Lines always seem to be an issue & self check out makes more mistakes than other GEs seem to. And organization of items seems to change too often for anyone to know which way is up. Add an extra 10 minutes to your trip at least.
