I went to this establishment on December 10. I purchased a wig that was $29.99. The wig was on display . From my knowledge of wigs , the one that is on the display is the one EVERYBODY tries on . Once I picked out my wig I went to the register . The owner than went back to get the wig I picked out . Im thinking Im getting a newly packaged wig . She than returns to the register . I didnt see the wig because if I did I would have never purchased it . She didnt tell me that was the last wig or she didnt even give me the option to purchase another wig she had in stock . I didnt realize anything until Friday morning when I opened the wig . It was not in its original packaging , the adjustment inside the wig was broke and the back of the wig was shabby . I than phoned the establishment several times Friday and also left a voicemail. I also called this morning December 14th. No response . I called during business hours so I know the shop was open . I was being avoided at this point . I am very disgusted . I purchase a wig that several customers probably tried on . A customer could of had head lice or a wing worm . I will not recommend this beauty supply to anybody . This is not how you run a business .

Wow. This is an amazing store. So wonderful to have a beauty supply in Forks that has products that are usually found in large stores in NJ. The owner is a lovely lady. Top quality products great pricing. I love being able tobuy what salons use butcharge arm and a leg for a treatment.

I would have given them 4 or even 5 stars because the staff is great. Wonderful customer service and they are very helpful. However, every time I go there I have to wait for them to open up the store - they are never opened at the time they advertise.
