Be AWARE, this beauty supply store sells fake remy hair, marketing it as human hair, but give you a synthetic product for hundreds of dollars. I have been scammed on many occasions by them. At first I assumed the quality of the hair produced by remy was declining, giving the store the benefit of the doubt that they would never sell fake products. I get my hair done in the back as well and have purchased hair from them on at least a dozen occasions, spending at least a total of $2,000 within the past 12 months. The last time I get my hair done/purchased there, it became very apparent that it was synthetic and much lower quality then that sold in other stores, my hair was tangling and shedding ridiculously the very next day. By the end of the first week, My hair wouldnt stay untangled even if I brushed it 5 times. It shed everywhere I went, in my dinner, at work, ect. Highly embarrassing, unsightly and unprofessional.2 weeks later I came to the store to express my concern and after holding me up and not discussing the issue for an hour, the admitted that I must have bought a "bad batch" and offered me a $50 gift card for hair that I bought for $187 and received something synthetic probably worth $24. After I argued my case, the store owner insulted me and told me he wont issue me the gift card and not to return to the store, customers even sided with me as well as the workers of the shop. Its very clear that this is unethical and fraudulent business and I will make sure to take it up with the better business bereau.

This store and their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I got my hair braided by the worst hair braider EVER......I got my hair braided on 06/25/2014 and had to return back to the filthy shop on 06/30/2014 because braids had fallen out. She supposedly fixed the issue....NOT..... Double if not triple the braids came out including the front....Highly upset I asked for my $150 back on 07/08/2014. Fatou told me to come get it in the morning, got there she was nowhere to be found and neither was my money. I came back and I was directed to the lady who braided my hair and not Fatou, They tried to force me to allow them to cut the remainder of my braids out, I refused and demanded my money back. Mawyatou Ceesay got very loud with me and told me in order to get my money they have to take my hair out. He got in my face yelling and told me to leave the store and I wouldnt receive my money back. I refused.....He then called the police on me which was a waste of their time....Now im suing....DONT GO

Would give ZERO stars. I got may hair done here & it was the worse hair experience ever. The woman CUT about 2 inches of my real hair while removing braids trying to be fast, then cut the top portion of my braids after doing them way too short although I didnt ask for a cut, she says she cut it into a FLOWER! Who does that?! Blunt cut pieces of hair kept sticking out of my braids & there were 3 braids that she cut to redo but didnt redo them, which I didnt notice until I got home. Then had the nerve to LIE to the cashier, telling her Id opened a pack of hair that she knows darn well she opened & tried to have it added to my fees as if I wouldnt say anything knowing I never opened ANYTHING. The so called "owner" Fatou or so she claims to be of the braiding section is EXTREMELY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL! They do not care about the customers & do not know how to run a professional business. HORRIBLE PLACE
