This place isnt as good as Ive heard from my friends. The workers could NOT understand ZERO English or even properly speak it. They didnt show much customer service always asking if someone needed something but then ignoring the customer seconds later. And the refund policy is terrible. I tried to return something about a second after I left the store because I realized it was the wrong one, and they noticed me that I was just in there but they told me that I could not return my hair when they CLEARLY had a "yes-we-do-returns" sign posted up inside their store.

Love this place. They have any and everything you need in the way of beauty supplies. And the ladies behind the counter are very sweet. No reason to go any place else!
