Workers need to learn some respect at the kirkwood hwy store ! Also their Apperal is just atrocious! You work in hair An beauty ! Your hair should be done and your clothes should not look like they came from the dirty clothes hamper. I used to love it there when Cathy was the manager ! Now they have some people working there that have no clue about anything. They are rude. From here on out I will return to the Newark store.

Every time I go here (about 3 or 4 times now) there is a young cashier who makes me feel very uncomfortable. Does every $20 bill need to be checked for validity? If youre working front of house, then your demeanor should be accommodating and not off-putting. Overall, the store is fairly stocked and priced.

I dont dislike it, but alot of times Id like a certain color and its not on the shelf, "its on the truck" is what they usually say. Then you go back a few days later still not there. But if you wait 3 weeks itll be on the shelf. Maybe theyre short staffed the employees are very nice

I still shop there because its the closest Sallys. But their customer service sucks. The employees seem like they cant tell the difference between their butt and a hole in the ground. Very unhelpful, and very unprofessional.

I love this store they have everything I was looking for and customer service is much better then at the college square store. Most of the workers are super nice. I come here at least once a week even if I dont buy anything

First time ever in this Sallys (Im from philly)...as soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped...the store is very clean and organized...would go there again if in the area :)
