If I could give them less I would. Staff is rude and it looks like every day is a bad day for them. Being nice and smiling will not change anything. The other day I called to ask a question and he guy said to hold on a moment. I waited for over 7 minutes and decided to hang up. DO not think that wasting my minutes on my phone plan is right when this people should know how to do their job right. And if you dont like your job just GET A NEW JOB and do not make costumers feel angry mad and disappointed every time they go in.
