If Google review had zero star, I would gladly selected zero star for the service received from this CVS. Went to pick up meds from this CVS. I refused one of the meds because the insurance company wanted to charge for 45 pills but based on a 90 day treatment cycle which made the co-pay very expensive. The intern pharmacist lectured me that I was trying to cheat the insurance company. First of all, who does this guy think he is? Does he work for CVS or the insurance company? I, as a consumer have the right to choose how I should pay for the medication, and not be lectured by an inexperienced intern that has zero sense on customer relationship. I would like to see him in 30 years, when the insurance company charges him for 45 pills based on a 90 day treatment cycle, and he had to fork out exorbitant amount of co-pay but only get 1/2 of the pills, lets see what he has to say then. Also, to his point regarding cheating, it is almost very certain he shops around for auto insurance sometime in his life, now isnt that cheating the auto insurance company by trying to get a better deal? Not wanting for overpay for something that can be gotten cheaper elsewhere. This is not the first run in I had with this CVS, there were a few other incidences with the pharmacy clerk, she was rude and inconsiderate, just like this intern pharmacists, arrogant to the T! I am switching pharmacy because of this intern, and I will advise everyone that I know to do the same, leave this badly managed CVS and keep your happiness! Just because medication and healthcare had been institutionalized, it does not mean that we gave up our right as a patient and have to listen to non-sense from some inexperienced intern.

Horribly understaffed. I did a self checkout because the cashier was occupied helping a customer out with photos. I bought an allergy medication which required ID. The self checkout would not proceed until an employee would avoid the purchase. After 5 minutes of waiting I grabbed an employee from the back of the store to aid me.

My favorite CVS. They have the most friendliest staff and the pharmacy wait is not long at all. Proud of my hometown CVS.
