Waited in the drive through for ten mins, then went inside.. after waiting another 15mins was told couldnt get my meds because he had filled the whole script, which I couldnt afford, I always just get a few at a time since the medicine is extremely expensive! I waited patiently for almost half an hour, and got refused because he took 30mins for two customers?! Ive been going to this cvs for three years since I moved here, in the last year the service has declined ridiculously! Ill be switching pharmacies tomorrow..shouldve done it a LONG time ago, but I always giving one more chance.. now, if im lucky, Ill be functional enough to pick up my meds tomorrow..fat chance!

I always have to ask for the pharmacists because some of the technicians are just to lazy to help! They say the medication is not approved by the insurance period! They dont even bother to run the script back after telling them the medication has a pre authorization.. which is what they are suppose to do!. Im surprise they dont know that?

The pharmacist with a speech impediment claims 6 years of education, but calls adderall a narcotic. Its in fact a controlled substance number 2 not medically classified as a narcotic. Narcotics contain opiates such as heroine, pain meds etc. Hopefully he sees this and re-reads his medical books.
