Woke up early to call in a prescription transfer the minute the store opened. I explained that it was a critical need and the worker even called back to confirm the transferring pharmacys phone number. Showed up at the end of the day and they had no record of either phone call and my crucial prescription was not filled yet. 45 minutes later, I was finally able to leave. Inexcusable for such an important industry...

Last week I filled prescription in my CVS at Baymeadows Rd and Southside Blvd. I am visiting Glen Mills, PA and tried to get another prescription sent by my doctor. Upon checking, Dan, an pharmacy person did not bother to check my insurance in CVS database and said that without insurance proof the medicine will cost me about $360. I will have to rethink about continuing with CVS.

In general the pharmacy is lousy service wise. I dont recommend. Filed a grievance which went back and forth for 6 months. Got no where.
