Walked in for a flu shot. Waited for over half hour after already taking care of all the paperwork. Was told multiple times that "she is washing her hands". There were maybe 2 other customers coming through the drive thru in that same time. And there were 3 other staff members behind the counter. I doubt she was actually washing her hands that whole time. I walked out eventually without getting the shot.

The service at this CVS has steadily gone downhill for the last few years. I have never had a pharmacy try so hard, with glee it seems by some, to make getting scripts for the family as difficult as humanly possible. I have had to go back to doctors office so many times, with the Doctor confounded as to why, to get scripts rewritten. It is just disgusting. Walgreens here we come I guess.
