This rite aid really blows. I have dealt with waiting for the cashiers to ring me up before but today was the last straw. I was waiting for over 7 minutes for them to come ring me up yet they have every cashier stocking. Why does more than 1 person need to be stocking all the time? And other times they would look at me and not even ask if I needed to check out! Pharmacy is fine but dont ever go here for convince items. The employees are rude except for one or two people that are very nice. One bad apple ruins the bunch. I think Ill go to 7-11 from now on for my convince items. Cya rite aid!

Worst experience at this pharmacy in my life. I waited 3 days for my medicine to be.delivered. and one was a steroid i cant stop taking another was an antibiotic and the last was for pain. Every time i called the pharmacy the ladies were rude.and.could.not tell me anything about when they would be delivered or.even if they were.ready for pick up. The women at this place.are.just useless. Im switching pharmacy asap.

This pharmacy is the worst i have contactes this people to send refills to my dad that were already overdue and as of today nothing my dad is a lung cancer patient and needs his meds every single day and this people dont take it seriously im in NJ and i am unable to pick up but i surely call them everyday and they tell me the same thing ill send it today and nothing im furious right about now

Had a terrible experience here. My prescription wasnt ready even though it was called in the day before. They kept saying they were filling it but I waited over 45 minutes. Ive never been so frustrated with a pharmacy in my life. Ill go back to using CVS.

I have been in multiple times for convenience items and the front store staff are frequently outside smoking in front of the store. Its frustrating that I have to wait at the cash register for them to finish a cigarette so I can get rung up.

Ghetto employers. Also the employers just sit around the cash register doing nothing. Theres no need for 3 employers to be near the register if theyre not serving customers.
