I only go here because the CVS is worse; they have a head pharmacist who has an attitude. The parking lot as entrances that can damage a small car. The pharmacists are over-worked and their communications are poor. It is a hassle to have to sign in to their web when they send emails, so the tendency is to not sign in. Prescriptions have been lost in their electronic submission system. They have refilled thing that I told them I am no longer taking.

PLEASE START ANSWERING CALLS!! The pharmacy is a mess. They dont answer their phone so if you have any questions about your medication you are out of luck. They are open 24 hours a day but you have to physically be there to get any information from them. However if you are unable to use a different pharmacy and need to call them choose the option for prescribers and then press 0 to talk to someone they will answer quickly. Unprofessional.

Staff is friendly, and polite. The store always has what I need. I never walk out with just what I went in for, theres always a little something extra! Thankful that they are open 24 hours, its been a life saver! Pharmacy is 24 hours as well. Nice sized parking lot, placed by lots of residential and commercial buildings, so its accessible to all.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy dept..I am literally on hold as I write this waiting for someone to pick up and its been 16 min 41 sec and counting...pick up the damn phone I need my prescription...time to switch to a more competent reliable pharmacy
