Normally I dont have any issue with this store. I go there all the time. However yesterday their pharmacy was supposed to close at 9:30 and the store was supposed to close at 10pm. I got there at 9:22 to pick up a prescription that was filled. I went through the drive thru. I pressed the call button twice and nobody responded and I called the inside of the store and nobody would pick up the phone. I sat there until 9:30pm and it didnt seem like there was a soul in sight. I had checked their website prior to going and it states that Friday they are open till 10pm but when I went to the window it said 9:30pm. Not good at all...

I visited this store today and found it to be very clean and organized. There was someone at the front door to say hello and goodbye. My only complaint is that the cashier was looking through her cell phone messages while she was supposed to be serving me! I also work in a store and cellphones are not allowed on the shop floor ..they are kept in a locker. it just spoiled the whole experience for me.

Every time I come to this store, there is never a cashier at the check out counter. They are always somewhere else in the store, stocking shelves or doing something besides operating the cash register.. The last couple times, I rang the bell for service and had to wait over 5 minutes to check out. The cashier was so slow, I would have left the store if I didnt need the products that I was buying.

I walk to the pharmacy at 4:15 in the afternoon to be told that if I want to wait, that theyre "backed up" and it will take them until 7 or 8 oclock to fill one prescription. I told the store manager, he could care less, just said I dont know and thats it.

Was left standing at the dropoff counter for 10 minutes. They were acting as if no one was standing RIGHT THERE. Never coming back to this pharmacy again
