Ive been there two times and both times Ive had the same experience. Both times, Ive needed tools. Each time, they did not know what I was talking about and did not take a second to try to figure it out. They are extremely unorganized and not willing to help you if youre not getting basic items (battery, oil, etc). Dont expect them to help you if you need something specific. There are a couple auto part stores close to this location that have given me superior service and found the tools I needed.

I feel bad because I cant remember his name but he made sure that the calipers were a exact match to replace! this place may seem like they make you wait but at least they stand by there word not like other places.

Good place for all parts needed. Dave is very helpful ... He is a manager and has been very helpful and has personally shown me how to do things.. Recommend anyone needing auto parts to visit this store .
