Usually Advance does well but really let me down this time. No customers in the store when I walked in. Two employees chatting at the counter. I get the oil I need but cant find a book to give the filter number I need. Two employees still chatting. ..I ask which filter for my vehicle. They look it up and one goes to get it. I say that it looks too large. Its the right one they reassure me. I go home , drain the oil and take off the filter. Guess what? Not the right one. Another trip to town. Pretty poor all around the customer service I would say.

We went into advance yesterday March 1 to get our car battery charged. In the afternoon Larry assisted us and was very helpful and kind but we had to leave for an appointment . When we went back in the evening Timothy helped us and went above and beyond to get out battery situation straightened out . Looks like you have a great team, we appreciate the assistance !
