Their firearm department is a joke. Went in at 4p on Saturday. They had over 16 people waiting to be helped and only 3 employees helping people. I was number 11 of 16+. In 35 minutes they had only helped 6 people. I went to the manager to make him aware of the situation. And he didnt even care. He offered no explanation or appology for the poor customer service. Numerous people left angry and dissatisfied including myself. I wouldnt recommend this place to any one. Unless you have over a hour to wait and nothing better to do. Bass Pro shop was far more helpful and prompt with their service.

Some of these reviews are a little ridiculous. Yeah, this store doesnt doesnt "look" like Bass Pro or Cabelas. However, items at this store are generally cheaper than Bass Pro (which has overpriced items) and Field & Stream price matches with little to no hassle. The associates Ive dealt with at this location have been very kind and helpful everytime Ive been to this location. Management here is also very kind and eager to solve problems. This is by far the best outdoor store in the area.

My husband and I were in, waiting for some assistance at the gun counter, we were interested in a pistol, possibly buying it, there stood TWO employees, one with a customer and the other looked at us couple of times, didnt approach us or anything, the employee who was perfectly capable of helping us walked away from the counter, and TRUST ME he was not busy what so ever... horrible expirience weve had there... taking our business elsewhere...

This is the first and inly F&S store Ive ever heard of or been to, but my experience here has been above and beyond that of other similar outdoors stores. The associates are very knowledgeable and helpful, and the atmosphere is relaxed yet inspiring. I really like the selection of products and the brands and prices here. If you havent been here is recommend checking it out!

Went there to buy a rifle (Ruger America .308) and didnt when they called my number. It was about 45 minutes and thats ok because they were attentive and courteous to those they were helping (there was about 15 or 20 people) and when it was my turn they were the same way it was about 30 minutes(stupid background check) I was out the door.

Meh. Its a nice store, thats why I gave it four stars. Theres just not much that I want to buy and it. The Firearms are usually 20 bucks more expensive than other places, and I dont really like any of the clothing.

Really loved the layout of the store. Had several employees ask me from different departments of I needed help. Overall was impressed. On our way to or from camp you will see me here over the traffic at Bass Pro.

Another frustrating shopping experience at this store. Called to ask if they have spray lube for reloading. Told "Yes, and its $10..00". Drive to the store to find that the reality is "No, they dont carry it".

theres a creepy guy named doug that follows you around the store and watches you and asks you strange questions and is all over weird. second time there and was followed around the entire store. totally creepy.
