I have been to the store plenty of times in the past few years, but something bad happened to this store. The young lady at the register was super nice and helpful and she deserve to be mentioned. However, the older lady with the blue eyes accused me of wearing my shoes outdoors as I tried to return them, because they had salt on their soles. Truth to be said, I wear them inside my house but since it snowed I brought some salt back to my apartment, which has hardwood floors. Although I told her that she can relax, I am not this type of person, she kept insisting that I wear the shoes outdoors and told "I will accept them, but have to see what to do with them". One of the pairs was from display, so I told her that maybe that is another reason why they are dirty. She said "right" and that was it. The guy who helped me to pick up the shows was a razor-cut, light beard guy. He was not very nice either. He gave me a nasty attitude and while myself and others were by the shoe rack trying to decide on other shoes, he played and texted someone on his phone. How do I know? because he wasnt even trying to hide it. These two were very unprofessional and I will NOT go back to this store. I much rather go to the Bethesda store, where the people our nice and wont accuse me of anything.

I just called over there to see if they had a certain type of jacket in my size. The man who answered the phone was very helpful and actually went to look and see if they have the size in stock. Going to pick it up today. Overall a good experience.

Very nice store. The staff is very helpful. Ive been there a few times. This last visit I had an item shipped to the store for pickup. I went there to get it and ended up purchasing a few more items. Glad they finally put a north face store in DC.

Awesome 2 story store with the latest selection from Northface. Probably because this is the flagship store for DC. Service was super knowledgeable on the products and recommended me a great puffy winter jacket! Limited parking outside.

Theres a Patagonia just down the street, with better gear of better quality and a better environmental impact. If you cant find anything you want in Patagonia, though, North Face isnt a bad second place to go.

Visited store just before July 4th holiday, found staff to be helpful and friendly. Got a good deal on a Gore-Tex jacket. Certainly worth a visit when in the DC area, especially during holiday sale period.
