So I have a mixed feelings about this dealership and service department. First the made me a good deal on the purchase of my truck and my renegade. I boutique two vehicles there within the same month. How ever afterward the problems started. First I want to say the renegade bought brand new is great no a problem since I bought it. How ever the truck I should have known better. It had a few defects that I will admit at the time of purchase they said they would fix and the did like the center console and the cup holder in the front dash. However they were supposed to fixed my head lights .. headlights were not all functional . Brought it back to have the front passenger side headlight and high been fixed.. the worked on the driver side by mistake brought it back again they then fixed it again this time it seemed all good. Within the first two months of having it the motor developed an oil burn it took 4 weeks to get the motor replaced but under warranty so I am happy I didnt have to pay for that. However I am extremely unhappy that after they fixed the headlights the second time it seemed to work fine but the first time I drove the truck in the dark after getting it back from having the motor replaced all of the sudden the same headlight and highbeam are yet again not working. Im not saying they are a bad place to buy of fix your car. All I am saying is that I like to have things fixed the first time weather I was paying or they were part of my original agreement with the headlights . I believe that you work and word are all you have and I am loosing faith in theirs quickly. I placed a call to Bob in service who admittedly has been pretty great through the process very accommodating and put up with my repeated calls while they were working on my motor. Im just hopping this time they can finally fix this headlight for good and I can start loving the vehicle I bought instead of waiting for the next thing to go wrong. .. the truck also would up with a fault drivers idea window cluster .. I wasnt happy that even though I had mentioned it very shortly after purchasing the vehicle and the staff there kept saying we have to fix one issue at a time dont worry I ended up paying for it however again I am really glad that Bob was able to collaborate with the rest of service and parts to get me a good deal on the cost. So at least he was able to that for me. .. after the headlights fixed I think I may start having another dealership work on my maintenence. But it will depend on what happens next ... good luck car shopping it can be tough _________________________ Update talked to Bob.. as I said he really is the man to work with. There gunna take another look at my headlight for me . Fingers crossed this will be the last time :)

I bought a used vehicle from here at a decent price. They also offered me a good price on my trade in so I wouldnt NOT recommend buying anything from Brown Daub but I wouldnt let these jokers work on my bicycle. The technicians themselves I think are satisfactory. They have made mistakes in the past on my previous vehicle but the technician personally admitted fault and apologized for the inconvenience which I accepted, after all we are all human. So, the used vehicle I purchased pulled to the right and as part of the sales agreement was to be fixed. After taking it back for the 3rd time they rotated my wheels and tires from the front to the back and the pull to the right condition went away however this did not FIX the problem. When the time comes to rotate my tires Im going to have a pull to the right. The service advisor who was "working" with me said I should not rotate my tires front to back but rather side to side. This turns out to be the most ignorant instructions Ive ever gotten. At that moment I lost all trust in that man for giving a customer terrible and unprofessional advise. Fast forward a year or so, I bought new tires for the car and guess what? I had a bent wheel or as it was described to me not so much bent as it is out of round. So at this time Id like to thank Brown Daub Dodge for not holding up their end of the agreement when I bought the car. Thanks for hiring an inept service advisor who clearly had no issue with telling me unsound regular maintenance advice. Thanks to the service manager for not doing a damn thing about any of it. Next time I have a car question or concern Id check with my dentist before Id entertain anything you guys tell me. Thanks for nothing.

We have purchased our vehicles for many years from here. Black Friday was a bad day. We had a newbe salesman who made several mistakes. The big mistake was to not remember we owed the bank on our vehicle we were trading in. We told him we wanted to be in a payment around where we were on the one we were making our present payment on. We were told after credit checks and bank approval that the sale was good and ready to go. The truck was being cleaned and fueled. There was a hand shake to confirm commitment. I dont understand how you can see on our credit check we had an existing auto loan and didnt ask us what it was for. Because of this mistake we were asked to put out an additional $150 a month on the payment! Are you kidding me? You wasted 4 hours of our valuable time to ask us to excuse the salesmans mistakes and dish out more $. We were treated unfairly and Im not so sure Brown Daub Bath knows how to handle these circumstances when they arise. We have always been treated fairly with these people in the past and had a great history. But this was the dealerships mistake and my father, if he was alive, would have said "Suck it up Brown Daub!". We have lost all integrity for the finance, sales and service department. Service Department because the truck we were trading in has 2 existing recalls on it (one from 3 years ago) that are still hanging out there to be corrected. To the folks out there who want to try out this place I suggest you ask for a "seasoned" salesman and watch out for the Finance department. We are all capable of mistakes. No one is perfect but the end result is we wasted our time there and were given false hope of a sale. Our spirits are crushed.

I bought three cars and A truck here in the last three years and had A decent experience until now. I was interested in buying A leftover 2015 Chrysler 200 that was marked down $12000. I spoke to the salesman on the phone, He looked it up and saw the discount and came up with A payment I was agreeable with so I was going to buy it but I got A call back A few hours later saying that the discount was A mistake and it is only $5000 off. So I contacted the owner to complain about the false advertising. Then later I get A call back saying they will still give me the $12000 off because it was their mistake. I had to wait A few days to pick it up due to the bad weather. So the day I was going to buy it the salesman said he would deliver it. After faxing him all the info he needed I get A call A few hours later saying that they dont want to make the deal anymore and if I still wanted the car it was only $8000 off. I will never buy anything from here or any other Brown Daub dealership ever again. REPLY TO THE OWNER. I had an appointment to pick up the car on Wednsday night. I tried all day to contact the salesman to confirm this I got no call back so I called the dealership the night when I going to leave and they told me the salesman was not even in. Good thing I didnt waste the trip. On Monday when the salesman told me he would deliver the car all I asked was how much the payment would be if I didnt trade my old car in. I was told they no longer wanted to make the deal and the car would be an extra $4000.I didnt try to change anything I was just considering not trading my car. Ill take my business elsewhere.
