We purchased a truck on 05/18/15, our salesman Matt Brier, was very good during our sale, he was very pleasant. He stated to us that we there was a spare key for our truck and we would find it and call us so we can come and get it, but that never happened until about a year after and we had to call in to get the spare. The lady who set up our financing on our trucks name was Estelle, she was very nice and stated that she couldnt access the proper paperwork we needed for the extended warranty we purchased on our truck. She gave us paperwork for the lowest extended warranty had a $200 deductible and that the warranty we got had no deductible. So we signed the paper work and she informed us that we arent signing for the deductible but we are signing for the premier extended warranty. We had to take out truck in for a repair, and we spoke with Ed from service yesterday and informed him what was wrong, he called Allstate for our extended warranty and they said that it was covered. My husband takes the truck in and they are now telling us we have to pay the deductible. He asked to speak with a manager, I was on the phone with him and I wanted to speak with him. The lady named Heather spoke with me about what was going on and got Rick. As I was talking to Rick the General Manager, he was very rude and said to me that I am not going to be loud with him when all I was doing was talking to him in a regular tone, and he then told me he didnt leave his meeting for this and gave the phone to my husband. I was not being rude to him I was just trying to tell him what was going on and he kept saying it didnt matter and that he isnt taking anyones word on what was going on and that we signed what we signed and thats it. I tried explaining to him what happened when we signed the paperwork with Estelle and he didnt care. I will not refer anyone to this company and I hope that someone sees this and goes elsewhere. In the past year and a half we had this truck, that was supposed to be certified like new, we have had to get new struts put on and we have had to replace all 4 tires and now we need to get the engine coolant valve replaced. On a truck that is not 2 years old these kind of issues should not be going on already when the truck is usually only driven at most 40-50 miles a week and we have another vehicle that we switch between. I am completely appalled with how this "general manager" spoke with me and Patriot needs to reevaluate who they consider a "general manager" for there company. Now dont get me wrong he did waive half of the deductible, so we are only paying $100, but 1) you shouldnt speak to anyone the way Rick spoke to me; 2) you should hear your customer out with what was told to them. Now after I have posted this I was expecting some kind of response from the owner and week later no response but 2 reviews after me they got a response. I discovered by quite a few people that the general manager has been quite rude with other people, one of which were my parents. All he talks about when you buy a vehicle is how he really close with the Philadelphia Eagles. I do want to speak with the owner but I doubt that will happen since he doesnt seem to care about the customers who buy vehicles from his company and get screwed and get talked to like they are garbage from his "general manager"

Very Poor Experience. Called at 9am about a specific Chevy Traverse with factory towing package and said we were only coming if it was still available considering it was a hour and a half ride. Called when we left to make sure it was still available. (YES) Called again 30 minutes out from Limerick. Confirmed it was still there and was told it would be parked out front when we would got there. Showed up and Sean took us downstairs to a another sales rep. As we entered he said, well unfortunately the Traverse you wanted was sold last night "but I did bring up another that you might be interested. What?!?!? Upset, We still looked at the car they brought up. More miles, higher priced, and no features including the reason we came (the factory tow package). Brian, the sales rep seemed very lost. I asked if it too had the factory package and he started looking under the back end of the car for a trailer hitch. Had to explain that any traverse can trailer up to 2000k and could have a hitch. We needed 5200 capacity and why we drove up. Went inside and sat down while he checked to see if this car had also. It was clear no one had planned for our visit or even moved a muscle all morning. Everywhere else I have ever been has been typical car sales service and ready to go. Unfortunately, we sat in a chair for 15 minutes waiting for an answer on a simple question. Does it have factory tow package?? When he finally came back he told us unfortunately we dont have any cars that fit our needs right now but we could show you some other cars. Did we get sent up here just to get us in the lot? ?? Beware. Fuming, Asked to speak to manager. Was sent Cal(Dan Cavanaugh) explained situation and he threw the upstairs administration under the bus and said" there has been a lack of communication between us and them(upstairs) and sorry for your drive but nothing we can do." He couldnt even leave his chair and spent his time focused half way on his computer screen while I tried to talk to him. Not the way you deal with a customer Dan/Cal. I asked him how this could all happen and all he said was at this point "I dont have an answer and all I can say is sorry what do you want me to do? rudely. I said at this point sell me a 2017 for the price of the 2017 I came up here for. HIs answer" a sarcastic well "that aint gonna happen". It was clear he did not want to be bothered and wanted me to get lost. Went and talked to another manager upstairs because the other was clearly not a true manager and let him know the situation. He was respectful unlike Cal and said it would be dealt with and was unacceptable. In my opinion this was a case of ready for it to be the weekend, drink my coffee, sit in my chair and get the day over with. Reading other reviews there seems to be a consistent theme here. Wonder why when your own employees say there is lack of communication among employees.,,,. Hope this reaches there admin and gets straightened out since we were ready to buy and saves someone else time, money and frustration.

Ill keep this as short as I can, and to the facts, they speak for themselves. I purchased a brand new 16 Silverado LTZ Z71, the day I bought the truck I noticed some black dots on the paint, and scratched door molding on the drivers side. I was told they will order the molding and its no problem. They tried that day to clean the black dots off, all they did was clean a few around the driver door, and leave scuff and squirrel marks in the paint, Strike 1. 18 days later, sales finally told me my parts were in, and I scheduled an appointment, took a day off of work, and came in. The parts were never ordered, and I had to reschedule, huge inconvenience, strike 2. 15 days later I finally had the parts replaced on the truck, only to find a huge, deep scratch down the side of my drivers side doors, and nothing done about the dots. It looks 10x worse now than when I dropped it off. Strike 3. Now I have to trust they will fix the deep scratch correctly when they couldnt even change 2 trim pieces correctly. They admitted they do not have a dedicated body shop, which makes me even more skeptical to trust their service. I am between a rock and a hard place, with a deeply scratched, 4 week old truck. Also, one of the other service consultants told me that the black dots is a common problem recently as they had their parking lot resprayed and over spray got onto the cars. This makes sense as they are EVERYWHERE on my brand new trucks paint. It honestly looks terrible. BE VERY CAUTIOUS BUYING FROM Patriot, you may be buying a car with black parking lot tar over spray on the paint, and service who will only scratch the hell out of your clear coat in attempts to fix it. ____ Update: 10-11-16____ Im improving the rating to 2 stars from one star. The reason I am improving the rating is that the dealer did attempt to make everything right, and in most cases did. The truck needed to have both driver side doors completely repainted by an outside shop. To their credit, the paint job and work done there was good, and I am happy with them. I will be leaving their shop 5 stars. The reason I am not giving more than 2 stars is that my truck now has 1800 miles on it, and has already been into a bodyshop and had major work / paint done due to a dealer caused scratch. The dealer did clean most of the black dots and over spray off the truck, but there are still some in areas (not a big deal, and I can finish from here) however they completely skipped the roof. Guess nobody sees this, but I did as soon as I got the truck home. This not the right way to do things, and hopefully this was not intentional. Lastly, and this is probably only an issue for me, but there are now rotary polisher swirls in the clear coat. Ill be hand polishing the entire truck to remove these, not many people know how to use that tool properly, so after everything else, I will let this slide as well and be happy this is over.
