Planning a memorial from a different state was a little challenging. Booker made it super easy and shared pictures with me so I felt comfortable with my pick. She has awesome customer service and I can tell she is passionate about what she does. I wanted a few flowers last minute. She didnt have them in the store but she called another flower shop to arrange them for me. All I had to do was pick them up and pay. Thank you so much Trillium for everything. Booker you are the best!
