Really wanted to enjoy this place, as a family friend’s daughter had above-average reviews for her prom corsage. However, after our horrible experience I would not recommend this florist for major occasions such as a wedding or funeral. A very long story short, we booked our appointment to have our flowers chosen and paid for in full on the same day, VERY in advance because we lived several hours out of town and wanted to give plenty of time for the florist to do what she had to in time for the wedding. Walked into the appointment and flowers/leaves were ALL over the shop floor. We said "Hello" and asked how the man at the counter was doing, as he didn’t greet us. He informed us the delivery car was M.I.A., holiday and funeral arrangements had yet to be fulfilled for that day, and so fourth. We politely asked if this was a bad time. Him and Brandi said yes and frantically shooed us out the door. Brandi strongly suggested we return back to the store later in the evening, depending on Brandi’s situation. Please keep in mind we lived many, many hours away, and this appointment was reserved several months in advance. We had many appointments this day and explained our situation in full to her over the phone. She seemed collected and very friendly until we actually arrived for the appointment. Things DO happen, but Brandi did not handle the situation with professionalism in the least bit. She followed the abrupt conversation with poorly written text messages asking (yet again) if we would be returning to the shop later that night. Again, we understand situations happen...but owners should not treat customers who pay in full/cash for a large wedding poorly, nor should they pass comments such as "Well YOU booked this appointment so, like, youll have to come back tonight anyway, right?" ...followed up with other childish, unnecessarily feisty remarks. Needless to say a large profit was taken to a different location. From the moment we walked in it was chaos. Please beware. You have one wedding, you get these memories one time, and you pay people for your services. Would not recommend.

While I have only had a few experiences at this shop, every time has been excellent. I had gone to the Posey Peddler a few times in Easton, but was looking for some place a little bit closer. Each time Ive come here, Ive been happily greeted by a different employee, once by the owner. Let me say that I never call ahead when I get flowers, but instead have the florist working help me put something together. Each time I was here, I received beautiful bouquets which were put together right in front of me. The owner and employees are extremely helpful and friendly to help, not to mention they did an excellent job. My girlfriend was very happy with her bouquets, and they got many comments from her family regarding their beauty. This flower shop does exceptional work, has a very helpful and friendly staff, and charges very reasonable prices. I definitely will be getting flowers from this shop in the future.

Grandma turned 100 so we wanted to send a large and extraordinary bouquet of flowers and box of chocolate. I called in the order to Brandi and told her what the occasion was and that we wanted something extra special with a spend of $100. She said she would do something very nice. I asked her what kind of chocolates she would send and she said they would be a small box of good gourmet type chocolates. We checked in with the family and was told the flowers were not anything exceptional and the box of chocolates were Whitman brand. This was disappointing to hear. We were repeat customers but now that we had this bad experience I do no think we will be ordering flowers here again.

I would have to say this is the best flower place around. They have done so many last minute, unique pieces for me, and have come out better then expected. I have had so many other places in the area try to charge me more for doing less. Normally before trying somewhere new, I always check out the reviews. This place did such a good job for me in the past, I didnt even need to look at any reviews. I would highly recommend them. If you cant find something your looking for on their website, I would def. call them. They can put together almost anything. The girls here are so friendly, so accommodating. I would give it a 5 star review every time !! :)

I called late morning and ordered flowers for my daughter and son-in-law who needed some encouragement. The gentleman who answered said the flowers would be delivered in the afternoon. The business closed at 5 so I assumed the delivery would happen before then. When the flowers did not arrive I was upset and called and left a message inquiring what had happened. Around 7 PM I called my daughter and Brandi was delivering the flowers! What awesome service and beautiful flowers! Brandi business women like you who deliver excellent customer service will be successful. Good luck and thank you for your effort.

When I moved to Easton, PA from NY to live with my girlfriend -- now my beautiful wife -- I needed to find a reliable florist so I could give my wife the beautiful plants she loved. Where to go? I looked for a nearby florist. The name "Flower Essence" caught my eye. The owner Brandy is "more than a fine girl" as mentioned in the song by Looking Glass. Brandys 100% customer service is rated gold. The gorgeous floral and plant arrangements she creates are impressive; no wonder they live so long. Weather its winter, spring, summer or fall, Flower Essence has it all!

Brandi the owner is a real sweetheart and an amazing floral designer. She takes time with you making suggestions her designs are all unique with her special flair. The flowers lasted a long time and the roses she picked for me were a special variety they opened up the size of tennis balls. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of the flowers and on special holidays they dont try to charge more. The delivery people are right on time and very courteous.

Brandi at Flower Essence provides great, fast service. Her love for what she does and creativity are reflected in each arrangement she designs. I ordered a birthday arrangement for a friend at 2pm and it was delivered with a smile by 430pm! Impressive and quick!! The arrangement was simply beautiful and my friend got many complements on the beauty of the arrangement and longevity of the flowers. I will definitely purchase my flowers from Flower Essence again!

I would absolutely suggest Brandy as your wedding Florist. I used her for my wedding on 8-12-17 and my flowers were absolutely stunning! I am not a big flower person and dont know all of the types and what not, but when I explained my vision, she got it 100%. This place was excellent. I placed the order the day before online and asked them to deliver it before 10 a.m. as the person eas leaving for the day. And they did! The recipient was extremely happy and seny me a picture and they looked just like they did on line. Highly recommend this place. They made a very dear friend feel special on her 60th birthday! Thanks!
