Even after seeing the 1 review they have and it being negative, I felt I should give them a try. Well guess what, biggest mistake I have ever made!!! Not only did I call them three times on the delivery date, to ensure my mothers day flowers for my mom would arrive, I gave them three cell numbers to contact if any problems. Only to wake up the next morning and find out they never delivered the gift to my parents house. Apparently, their GPS (yeah like they have one) was not working!!! Instead of calling me, they just left the flowers and chocolates on the truck!! When calling and speaking to Linda, the owner, I realized why the drive was so incompetant. She had no customer service skills, nor a reason on why at 8p,m, I spoke to her and she told me it was on the truck being delivered that it never got there. I will tell you why, she hires "fill in" drivers and they have no clue. Well, after ruining my mothers day, she offers nothing other than an attitude. Remember, It all starts at the top. Bad owner, poor employees!! Do not use this florist if you want your flowers to get to their destination.......

Placed an order online for flowers for my mothers birthday. The confirmation page stated that if they didnt have the arrangement I selected, a comparable alternative would be delivered instead. However this was not the case. Received an email 4 hours after ordering saying they didnt have the flowers I ordered and were therefore cancelling the order. If they had called, I could have selected an alternative arrangement, or called another florist. However since they simply cancelled and notified my via email, I did not see it until later in the day and missed the chance to re-order. So now I look like a jerk who didnt send my mother anything for her birthday.

I was out of town and called in a same day delivery. I was told no problem. They called my daughter to make sure someone would be home. She said they were on their way out and asked if they could pick them up instead. When they got there, they were given a beautiful box of chocolates as well since I had paid for delivery. That was very kind. I will continue to shop for all my floral arrangements at Bender Gardens and recommend them to all my friends. Thank you Bender Gardens.

Comment below is right on. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE. They never delievered the first order my bf had made for Christmas, then he reordered for today (valentines day) he ordered more things along with just the flower but I only got the flowers. The flowers look so bad, I'm no florist but I probably could have done a better job decorating. Roses were all damaged and withered. Such a horrible place, how is this place in business being that it is sooooo sh1tty

I ordered two floral arrangements over the phone for my moms memorial service. Im so sorry I dont have photos! The arrangements were way beyond my expectations in beauty, flower selection, and freshness. Perfect in every way I could have planned had a picked them out in person. The colors were exactly as I requested. Thank you Bender Florist!!!
