For anyone wanting to order from Edible Arrangements I urge you to order from ANY location other then the 9th st Stroudsburg PA store. Ive ordered things in the past from other locations and never had any problems but my son placed an order from the Stroudsburg store for me for mothers day and not only was it NOT delivered on mothers day but the next day I spoke to them on the phone and they said it was on the truck and I would have it in a few hours well that never came because they didnt deliver it on Monday either so my mothers day gift is now 2 days late, what ever happened to customer service? When someone pays for delivery it should be delivered on time not 2 days later without even a phone call or apology very disappointed and I will NEVER order from this location EVER!!!!! I gave it 1 star just so I could comment but honestly they dont ever deserve one star in my opinion they are giving Edible arrangements a bad name so disappointing.

My friend and I ordered once from Edible Arrangements in Stroudsburg. We were craving chocolate covered strawberries and what we got was absolutely disappointing. It was probably the worst location I have ever visited. The fruit was tasteless and soft, and the management was snobby (if there was any to begin with). I could recall one employee who was probably the only decently nice human being in the whole establishment. From what I saw, the people who ran it seemed to not exactly know how to. I do not plan on ever returning and I recommend to take the extra time out of your schedule to travel to Philadelphias location. Or buying your own fruit and chocolate (which is probably drastically cheaper).

I read the old reviews and absolutely disagree with the negative comments. I also read the disclaimers about delivery and all of the fine print. This location not only delivered fresh fruit, but actually went out of their way to get the fruit and bear and balloon to my wife at a different location than I originally asked. I have also had their fruit at a few local sporting events at North Warren High School that was donated. Talk about taking pride in your business. Donating the freshest fruit is not only a great gesture but truly selfless. I am not sure whom the management or ownership is but I will loyally shop here from now on. Kudos!!

I had placed an order for my wife for Valentines Day, well in advance. It was the bouquet special, and I was really looking forward to surprising my wife. I had purchased 2 extra balloons. When the gift arrived my wife was home to accept it. But, the fresh quality of the fruit was SO disappointing. The fruit looked past its fresh date. The chocolate dip area, barely covered the strawberry tips. Within 24 hrs, my wife said the fruit was meely, soft, and tasteless. And she threw out 1/2 the fruit. One of the balloons was deflatted in less than 48 hrs. All in all, I was very dissatisfied with the product, that was delivered.

First they shouldnt even get one star. Let just say it was a very disappointing valentines day. My husband set up my arrangement a month ago for valentines day also set it up to be delivered at my job at a certain time so I got it before my day was done. Well I never got it. So think twice before you spend a fortune on fruit. Never will I buy from this place again.

The staff were fantastic, very accommodating, the product was beautiful and delicious. You can tell they take pride in their work. Although the product may seem pricey it is legitimate. These bouquets are for gifts and special occasions, not an everyday product. Worth the money!

I bought one for a picnic and recieved one as a gift, both were delicious. They are pricey but any fruit basket is too. I like to buy them for special occasions. I would recommend them. In fact I was looking at the web site hoping I could order one online.

Bad and unfair management. I Once volunteered to help and it was just all over the place. Part of the management Was very arrogant and didnt know how to run a buisness and talk to their employees.
