Voted Worst Florist by this user. Ive had the unfortunate experience of twice receiving deliveries from this florist. On first occassion flowers were delivered to wrong address. When I contacted the store, I was told to pick them up myself. On second occasion, experienced similar issues. While the service claimed to have attempted delivery (I assume once again to wrong house), I provided explicit instructions to leave delivery at my door. As I was unable to reach the door fast enough when they attempted delivery, they refused to leave the flowers and told me I had to pick the flowers up. Seriously. When I asked to have the money refunded to the sender-they refused stating they made an arrangement; they just refuse to deliver it to the right house. This service (and lack there of) by this establishment definitely wins my vote of the worst florist ever.

I missed a delivery and instead went in to pick the order up. I took the order, and drove 3 blocks to my house. I opened the bag and took out the chocolates, the flowers were in a separate container. When I called the sender to thank them, they asked about a stuffed animal, and I told them there was none with the package. The sender emailed the florist, and was told the stuffed animal was included. I called to ask about the stuffed animal an was told it was put into the bag. I explained that I looked through everything and didnt see one. The woman said maybe the bag "tore". I told her it didnt, and she then sat there in silence. She didnt offer any other solution or even offer an apology for the confusion. Ill never use them, and Ill make sure no one ever orders something for me through them again.

I have been a very satisfied customer the last five years, and I will continue to use this florist whenever I send anything to Norwood, and family in surrounding areas.
