Never ordered flowers before, especially since I only celebrate 2 holidays out of the year. However, this was a rare and special occasion. Thought about purchasing some online, but knew they wouldnt arrive on time, and I prefer supporting my local small businesses. Was skeptical at first, but committed to taking a chance. Even though high ratings can usually be left by friends, family, colleagues or paid reviewers. Although I have to say, "Superb service!" I spend 90% percent of my time traveling the globe, so Im a bit used to excellent service. Usually not so much when Im back home in the north east. Brash and tough is usually synonymous with north east customer service. But this time around, Im extremely happy to say this was by far the best experience Ive had in over 30 years. I can honestly say, and I believe its the shop owner, that the quality of service and items purchased are well worth the ratings. 5+ stars :) Decided to purchase flowers and a care basket for Mothers Day, something Ive never done because I honor my parents all year around. But this was a very very very positive experience. So good I had to write about it, something else I rarely do. Much accommodating, never a sour attitude, even when I called 4 times. No busy signal, no waiting on hold for several hour, no extended wait for someone to pick up the phone or going straight to an answering machine. Outstanding service! Thought the gifts might look cheap, yet be overpriced. Nope. Beautiful colorful arrangement, decoration, color and perfect selection of items to make a mom feel overly proud. My mother almost cried because the gift was so perfect. Also, High thanks to the flower and gift delivery personal also, for making the effort to find the right location. Call me strange, but even if all was lost, having a kind and respectful experience is worth any price. A rarity these days. Big Thanks for the photo from mothers co-worker :)

Danielle and the team at Ridley Park Florist worked hard to stay within our wedding budget for floral! The day of the wedding I came back to my house after having my hair done to absolutely beautiful bouquets! They were lovely and even better than I ever could have imagined! The guys looked just as great when I arrived at the church. We would absolutely recommend Ridley Park Florist!!

My grandsons homecoming dance I asked for guidance wanted to do him proud being a different generation and no sons. jen made the absolute perfect Wrigley beautiful and the ribbon matched her dress perfectly. Very reasonable too.
