The flowers were beautiful but they were not the lavender roses that my husband ordered. He complained about the color received, and Lisa (who I assume was the owner) called me, the recipient, at my place of employment to argue about my husbands complaint. I suggested that she call him directly, and she refused. She just kept insisting that I was wrong and didnt know what I was talking about. She was rude, disrespectful, and insulted me thru the entire phone conversation. As a business owner and customer service representative myself, I would NEVER speak to a customer in that manner. A simple apology would have gone a long way to help remedy the situation. Instead she chose to focus on HER being right and nothing else mattered to her. Im attaching a photo of flowers for people to decide for themselves...red & lavender roses were ordered; red & pink roses were delivered.

I ordered a fruit/snack basket for my friend recovering from back surgery. She sent me the nicest thank you note about how much she loved it. She said the selection of goodies was incredible and she placed it on her bedside table and whenever she was hungry, she had wonderful fruit and treats right at her fingertips. The "thank you" note I received from her was just so nice, that I wanted to send you a thank you, to tell you how happy I am that I decided to place my order with you!!!! I will never go anywhere else now when I want to send a basket or flowers. THANK YOU.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! I had order flowers to my lady on Valentines day Friday and at this time we been having a lot of bad snow storms. Now I understand they may have to deliver the flowers before the Friday snowstorm. They had these flowers delivered on Wednesday which again I understand but WHY they had to call my lady seeing were she going to be there? Was this suppose to be a surprise, dont YOU suppose to call me to verify... REALLY!!!! ALSO, the flowers that I order here on they website WASNT the same ones when it was delivered.

I was looking for Blue Roses. I had contacted them on 2/20/17 and Lisa informed me they dont carry them and dont believe theres such a thing as blue roses. After the phone call ended, Lisa called me back later and informed me that they are able to get a hold of them through their wholesaler. Taking the time and following up is really amazing! Even though I didnt ask for it nor did they offer. This shows great customer service and their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers!

she makes such beautiful arrangements and works with you if your on a budget, but you always get more than you paid for. she is very kind and friendly and the service is great! she always goes the extra mile to make her customers satisfied! i would highly recommend her if you need flowers,or a fruit or snack basket. .................dawn
