Very upset and disappointed. I bought two things if flowers for prom. I ordered them two weeks advance as well as paid for it on that day and asked them to be ready by 12 for a 3-4 oclock pick up. They told me that they will be ready. Prom was at 7, but the party bus I was taking was at 5:30. At 3:45 I went to the shop and they tild me they werent ready and didnt start makinf my flowers. I told them ill be back i a few minutes and the lady there said in an unprofessional manner, "Well we close at 5 so make sure youre here or you wont get them." This made me and my date very upset and almost late to prom. Not only just that but the flowers were falling apart and dead looking. WORSE FLOWER SHOP EVER! I had many experinces with this flower shop bit this one was the worse. Im still upset at this manner.

Pleasant on the phone and well educated on helping you pick out an arangment and vase, and even with the up charges they were right, the flowers were beautiful. There was a mishap with the delivery and after a call to them, they quickly made good for the mistake. ( above and beyond) I would recommend them and will use them again myself.
