My daughters heart is broken. This is her senior prom and she has a "brand new" dress that looks as if it came out of the dumpster. The manager implied that my daughter must have done something to the dress for it to be in such poor shape.This dress remained in the hanging bag from the time it was picked up to when we tried it on for alterations. It is a floor length hot pink dress covered in sequins, there are loose threads all over the dress, random colored beads and sequins that do not belong on it. When my daughter tried it on at the alteration shop there was a pool of sequins around her feet, not to mention it is the wrong size. This is a $421.00 dress. They are attempting to have their tailor fix the random colored beads and sequins, but not the loose threads or the overall condition of it. The manager, and the owner, refuses to refund my $421.00 or order her a new dress. I will be taking this matter to small claims court and will blast this business anyway I can, as well as spread the word. Do NOT buy a dress from this "boutique", you daughter will cry, just like mine has. If after the alterations the dress is magically appropriate for prom, I will revise my review.

This boutique is amazing! I went to Le Femme Boutique to get my prom dress with my sister. At this point we had been to many dress shops and found little selection. This shop was pretty much our last hope. From the outside the shop looks small but they had a large selection of dresses (They were down to mostly off the rack sales but have a lot of sizes). I love the set up! They give you a rack and you can pick 8 dresses. Both my sister and I picked dresses. We were then helped by Karina and Deb. They were amazing; very nice and helpful. My mom got to sit on the couch while they helped us into the dresses. Even though some of my sisters dresses didnt fit they held the dresses so she could see how it would look. If you are looking for a large selection( over 1000 designer dresses in stock at discounted prices) they have it. They have everything from your typical prom dresses to more simple and elegant dresses. In the end both my sister and I got a dress. I would definitely come back again. Thank you so much Le Femme staff especially Deb and Karina!

Had a great experience. Went with my daughter today and from the moment we walked in it was very structured, unlike other stores we visited this time of year. We signed in and a representative went over the layout of the store...dresses were arranged by color. We were given a rack to hang up to 10 dresses to try on. When my daughter was ready to try on the dresses, our representative (Kathleen) assisted my daughter with each dress. She even checked to make sure no one from her school purchased that dress from them to prevent duplicating. We had no intentions of buying the dress today...just looking...but my daughter found a dress she loved as they have a great selection of different styles and designers, reasonably priced. That combined with the experience made it a win for the day! Kathleen even assisted with jewelry to compliment the dress. They do not do alterations but were able to recommend a tailor in the area. Overall a great experience...would recommend and will gladly visit again.

LE FEMME PUTS THE CUSTOMER FIRST!! We were overwhelmed by the beautiful selection of gowns for the prom my daughter will be attending in May. The owner was amazing and saw we were overwhelmed and put us at ease. She then paired us with Katelyn to help my daughter try on the dresses and Katelyn was so friendly and warm. She was helping my daughter and another girl at the same time and she was so patient with both of them. She really was knowledgeable and helpful with helping the girls narrow down the selections to help them find THE DRESS! She went above and beyond and even gave us suggestions for hair and makeup. My daughter could not stop talking about her experience with the owner of the store and Katelyn after we left. Thank you Le Femme! We will definitely be back! My daughter has her own prom in two years and I still have a younger daughter that will eventually have prom. WE WILL BE BACK! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

When we arrived there were several other girls there but Taylor made sure we were taken care of almost immediately. We waited barely 10 minutes before she took my daughter and I back to where we could choose the dresses she wanted to try on. Taylor explained the process and how many dresses my daughter could try on at once. Once all the dresses were chosen Taylor escorted my daughter and I to the fitting rooms, ensured I had a chair to sit and be comfortable and then proceeded to help my daughter try on all her dresses. Although it was difficult to fit her in any dress Taylor made my daughter feel comfortable and continued encouraging her by holding the back of the dresses so she could see what it might look like if it did fit her correctly. Taylor was wonderfully attentive including helping others while not making us feel neglected at all. She was great and I would definitely go there again to get any formal dress I needed.

I went to the shop in search of a dress for my daughters wedding. There were loads of teenagers looking for prom dresses. I was given an empty rack and directed to the section with "mother of the bride" attire to began my search. After picking 10-15 dresses to try on, I was helped by Deb Gemmel. She was very nice and took me to a back dressing room which was much more private. After trying on all the dresses I had picked, nothing really stood out, so Deb left and returned with one that she had picked. I tried it and loved it and that was the dress I ended up buying! So, Thank you, Deb! You did a great job! They told me it would take about a week to come in, but the dress was there in 3 days! The only negative was that the dresses were very hard to see hanging in the plastic bags. Otherwise, great service/great selection!

My daughter had heard from her friends at school that this was the best place to get prom gowns. We made an appointment and as soon as we arrived they greeted us nicely. A consultant took us right over to the dresses. They helped us to pick out the best dresses to match my daughters preferences. All the dresses are labeled and many come in other colors, which helped a lot. They had so many great dresses that my daughter had a hard time deciding which dress she liked best at the end. The employee helped my daughter put each dress on so I could sit and have a good time. They made the experience of prom shopping amazing. We left Le Femme with a gorgeous dress and a happy daughter. We highly recommend this dress shop for any girl looking for prom.

I went in last week and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was orelaxed, but you also got personalized attention from an employee. I didnt feel weird trying on a ton of dresses either. The girl who helped me, Kendalle, was very patient and very good at finding dresses similar to the ones I picked out - that I liked even more. The other girls there, Tyra and Sam (from whitehall), also offered opinions and additional dress options for me, which I REALLY appreciated. I didnt buy my dress that day; I thought about it for a night and then purchased it, and there was no pressure to buy anything when I decided to do this. I absolutely would recommend Le Femme, its all the quality of King of Prussia, without the lines and drive!
