I love shopping at this store but beware that bringing your items there on consignment might not be as pleasant. When you drop off your items you are given an "out" date. You can pick up the items before the "out" date or leave them and Twinkle will donate them. I specifically told them that I wanted to pick up my items and I calendar the "out" date. I noticed that 2 of my items had been donated "WEEKS" before the out date. I called and they pulled one of the items out of the donation pile, it was too late for the dress. I was told it was reduced and on the sale rack for weeks. Which I think is a crock because items are listed for a certain period of time. I understand if this happens once. However, this happened twice in the same time period. I will continue shopping there but will think twice before I bring any items in for resale.
