BRIDES BEWARE...I wish I could give a good review but unfortunately this is not my experience. I was working with Dorothy the dressmaker to make my bridesmaid dresses and she gave me the run a round for a month and a half and then told me she could only make a version of the dress I originally wanted for my bridesmaids. At this point Its 2 months before the wedding and I put all my hope into her. I told her i would look at the samples she had and settle for a version of my dress. Told me to meet her at 11:30 that saturday at bela bridal and we would go from there. I arrive at 11:30 and the store is locked and no one is there. I call the store owner and received attitude from the owner and she said "if dorothy told you she would be there at 11:30, then that is on her, I dont open until 12:00". Ok. So i wait out front for a little while. Meanwhile this car pulls up and this girl hops out and tries to open the store door and when she found it was locked, she literally lost her mind. She starts screaming over and over "im going to slit this b**ches throat!!!" referring to Dorothy the dress maker. She was flipping out because she had been dealing with her for months and should have had the dresses she needed that day months ago! She was also told to be there at 11:30 as well. About 13 more girls show up waiting for their dresses that they needed that day!!! How was she going to fit all 13 girls for their dresses at the same time as discussing making my dress with me?!? How unprofessional! They were all flipping out and talked about physically hurting her and told me not to trust her and to run away. So that I did! The scene that was made was actually scary and I was worried about the safety of this dressmaker. I decided to read the signs and leave this option behind. I was forced to find my bridesmaid dresses else where and pay enormous rush fees for them, which I paid for since I felt it was my fault for rush. Very unprofessional and extremely trashy establishment. If your ok with that, then take your chances, but I am not!

I cannot express in words the most wonderful dress shopping experience I have ever had in my many, many years of vast experiences. The owner greeted me, read me and found the perfect dress, immediately. I was seriously just browsing to get a better idea of what I want. However, she read my style and size. PLUS, the dress was under budget and ready to go. When you visit, dont be dismayed by the small location (the business is moving in November), but dont expect the vastness of a big boutique - let her guide you in the right direction. She is attentive and real. No frills. Worth a try for the budget savvy bride. You will be surprised. (Plan to go back for the rest of my dresses! - Consider this place for homecoming and prom.)

Definitely not a cookie cutter store. Unique items and lots of personal service. Prepare to look at a lot of dresses, with a lot of variety. I picked a beautiful formal gown with a train for a last minute [day before] event. It fit like a glove, but I didnt want the train. So the onsite tailor [!!!] hemmed the train to regular length for me in about 15 minutes! I know! Very reasonably priced. Doesnt have all the frills of a "formal store" but it costs about 1/3 of what it would anywhere else.

Just bought a wedding dress there. After going to numerous name brand places this little diamond in the rough we found great service, many different choices and a caring staff who attended to every wish we could ask for in wedding shopping. The seamstress can alter it any dress to be the one of your dreams. Only being newcomers to a wedding, they accepted us without an appointment and treated us graciously with kindness. Thank you for such a great experience.

Bought my Mori Lee gown from this place when it was still PL Bridal Boutique in 2010. Brought the gown back to them for consignment in July of 2010. It is now September of 2014 and I still do not have the money owed to me for the sale of my gown. Owner has since changed the name of the shop, I suspect to avoid bad reviews previously on the PL Bridal name through various channels such as Yellow Pages & Google. Shame.

Great customer service on the first visit but when the dress was ordered for my niece and we were told to pick it up it was the wrong size. So we told them to fix it, they said oh we are sorry we cant the dress was "no longer in seasonor in stock". Then told my niece just drop a few pounds .Wth. first time dealing with this place and the last time.. Highly unrecommended

I purchased both of my prom dresses from Bella Bridal. They were both unique! No one had the same dress as me. I love the concept and costumer service. Very friendly and helpful and had beautiful suggestions for alterations.

I booked an appointment and received a confirmation for February 17 at 11am. When we got there, it was closed. When we tried calling, we were sent to voicemail.
