Omg I have been going there for a long time. Have noticed on my last couple of drop offs staff has been testy. Today takes the cake! I will never go back. There was a blonde woman that really was more concerned about the rules & how much work they have than listening to me. They have a lot to learn about customer service.They had no record of what I had brought in & then she was not even nice about it! Asked me to take a look in back at all the clothes they had to get rid of! Are you kidding me? Shame to end a long relationship but Im now convinced they could care less about me or you for that matter! Good riddance.
