I first came across this "business" on Pinterest and I found 2 dresses that I fell in love with. I ordered them and received an email to confirm my order and then 2 days later I received a follow up email to confirm that my items had shipped. There was a tracking number and I was able to track my shipment and it arrived on time. Heres where it all went downhill....I had ordered both dresses in a size Medium and what I received was a size Small in one and a size Large in the other. I loved the dresses and thought they were beautiful so I filled out a return form and got my label and took it to the post office to send back on Friday March 3rd, 2017. To this date I still have not received either dress in the correct size. It has been almost 3 weeks and I just now received a "partial refund" for 1 of the dresses. I still have not received a refund for the second dress nor have I received an answer from any of the numerous (12) voicemails and (4) emails I have sent. I ordered the correct sizes to begin with and I was sent the wrong ones. This "business" made the error and has done absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. I am furious and fed up.

I ordered 9 items from them, and only half the order arrived. Of the items that did arrive, one was the wrong size. I called, messaged, text, and emailed RELENTLESSLY. I finally got a response from the owner, Amanda Kraynak, claiming warehouse issues (probably Amandas basement). Anyway, 2nd package arrived. Still missing an item - She admits to sending a "similar" item, rather than the one I ordered and claimed to have refunded the money. There was no refund issued. Now...heres the best part. One dress she sent was an XL rather than the Large I ordered. She CUT the size tag on inside of the dress so there is NO SIZE LABEL, and she cut size sticker on the delivery bag! And I almost forgot - I purchased 2 dresses that were supposed to be identical, just different colors. They arent even the same name brand! One is a mock turtle neck and one is a regular turtle neck.

I found their website while searching for maternity dresses on pinterest. I ordered 3 dresses all of which arrived 5 days after I placed the order. I thought that was pretty quick when just selecting standard shipping. I am pleased that while I found the dresses shopping in their maternity section none of the dresses screamed maternity. I did have to return one dress that I probably would have kept if not for my temporary baby bump. I received my refund email 2 days following my return being delivered. I gave them 4 stars because I wish they would have all the dresses in their maternity section modeled by pregnant women and some stats on how many weeks she is etc. But overall I was very happy with the experience

I only gave them a star because I had to in order to write a review. I ordered a dress back in June and realized that I needed to change the shipping address. I sent an email and waited for a reply, which I never got. I called AT LEAST 5 times and left messages and never heard back. I didnt get the dress in time or at the correct address. So naturally, I returned it. I have confirmation of delivery at their address but never heard back from them and still havent been refunded. Ive left them multiple messages and emails. This company is absolutely awful. They have NO customer service and are incredibly untrustworthy. Do NOT do business with these idiots.

I placed an order on July 19th and received the order missing one item, and two in the wrong size. The receipt said I was reimbursed, I was not reimbursed. Upon calling them, during their business hours I might add, I received no answer. So I left a voicemail, still no answer. I have now messaged through Facebook, called multiple times, left plenty of voicemails, all without any return correspondence. I am extremely dissapointed to say I will no longer be purchasing from their boutique, regardless of how much I love the product. I would say they give terrible customer service, but, being that I have received no customer service whatsoever— I cannot say.

I ordered 2 sweaters on October 12th and when I received my package 2 weeks later it was the wrong order. It was a long maternity dress and I sent it back and three weeks later I received the one sweater, but was told that the other sweater was on back order. I contacted them in November and asked them when I was going to get my other item. They said they shipped it, but when I checked the shipping it said it was unavailable. I have e-mailed and called them multiple times and have not heard back yet. Not reliable at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Website stated orders placed by December 19th would be guaranteed by Christmas. My order was placed December 15th and did not ship until I opened a case on PayPal requesting a refund—still wont be here until January 3rd. Customer service has yet to respond to my 3 emails and while they shipped my order, I never received an apology or explanation. Phone number listed always goes to voicemail. This shop is rude and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.

Should have done my research before ordering! It has been a month and still no dress, my credit card has been charged, I have reached out to them in every format listed on their website with no response and now Im left to report then to the better business bureau! I assume a lack of a yelp page and a Facebook means they dont have a business license. Blaming myself for following a link to order a dress and blaming them for being terrible people.

I ordered products from them which took way longer than expected to be delivered. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I did receive the items ordered. Quality isnt really that good... But I still kept 1 of 3 dresses. My biggest complaint is that I have not heard back from them since placing my first order 2 months ago. I returned 2 items and have only been refunded for one. I do not trust them and will not use them again.

Is this site legit? Shame on me for not looking in to it better. Ordered a sweater on Nov 27 2016 and still nothing and no replies to email or multiple voicemails. I am working with PayPal to get a refund. I think a local news channel investigative reporter needs to look into this place and they either get their act together or shut it down. ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO, TO GET THIS POST UP TO WARN OTHERS.

SCAMMM.Found this boutique on Pinterest, order my product and waited 2 MONTHS for a response to ask where are my items!!! Multiple phone calls, emails, text messages and I finally received an email stating they switched payment services and never received my payment which clearly was taken from my bank account. Complete scam!!! Do NOT purchase anything!! They refused a refund and I got scammed!

I wish I wouldve researched first! I actually a shipment fairly quickly, however they sent the wrong item. Ive sent messages through facebook messenger (thats how they sent my confirmation), email, and via the "contact us" on their website. A week later and still no response on any of those! Next step, file a dispute with my credit card company :(
