Ive been a beauty insider for over 4 years and have always loved Sephora products. Yesterday, I went in to Sephora to check out the tarte color correcting palette and asked an associate to demonstrate how I would use it. The associate grabbed the palette, handed it to me, and told me to lookup videos online before asking another associate to take care of me. The other associate failed to demonstrate how the palette worked. At checkout, I asked to return a product but was never given full credit for it and when I asked why I was told "I purchased it at discount" however the limited edition rainforest of the sea tarte products are excluded from discounts. I was further never called by my name, never asked about redeeming points, and never asked about my experience. If this was the way I wanted to shop for makeup, I would have purchased online.

I went to Sephora (Christiana Mall) in search of hair products to breathe life back into my hair. After a fair amount of research and due diligence, I thought I knew what I was looking for, sort of. Enter Kat, the tresses-in-distress goddess to the rescue! Kat was amazing! She referred me to products that were all-natural with no parabens and safe for color-treated hair. She even scanned the Barcode to view the ratings submitted by actual users. Kat went above and beyond to help me and her recommendations were spot on! Verb is a godsend. Way to go Sephora for having someone like Kat on your team! vg

I needed makeup for my wedding, and Loren was the absolute best. She spent so much time making sure I got the perfect shade and knew exactly how to apply everything. She didnt try to sell me anything and wasnt pushy at all. Great experience!

I always feel so uncomfortable in this store like Im being watched as a shoplifter cause they always follow me around. One girl I believe her name is Angel was very helpful and helped me out with everything I needed!

Manager and certain employees are very rude and snooty. Better off shopping at the Nordstrom beauty department. Their level of customer service is much higher and much more professional.
