This place gives Sephora a bad name. Terrible from beginning to end. The Exact reason I was apprehensive about coming to one inside a J.Penny.s. Should I start with the terrible service,? It was like asking your child to eat liver. You dont wana do it. I needed help and had questions but i was only allowed one and then they run away. They didnt even try to look intrested in helping me. Every thing was the filthiest and dirtiest sample Iv yet to witness. How do you match colur if your afaid you might get a virus. Didnt have any stock, every thing they had was from the bottom drawer of the display. Even the cute and fun sample check out lines didnt have anything hip or trendy. I couldnt even find a cheapy tiny lip balm. Avoid. I had to go to Ultra aftwards n its painful to say but it was loadssss better. Their people were helpful and talked.l to you

I went today afternoon , their was only one worker she seems she didnt want to be there ! She didnt even help with anything ! I ask for something she just pointed like I am supposed to know !!! You could of take me there and show me some products !!! Stead just sit there !!! It wasnt busy at all !!! It was soooo empty!!! Please next time !!! Have some better costumer service!! Next time I would just go to Christiana mall Sephora I was willing to spend a lot @t the JC penny location but I just grab something quick and left her attitude was terrible!!! please if they dont want to be there dont hire them!!! You are supposed to enjoy makeup!!! and be helpful to your clients!!!!

I was just at the Sephora in JC Penny at Prices Corner, and there were finally two really great ladies working there who were nice to chat with, helped me with questions I had, and DIDNT glare at me while following me around thinking I was about to steal something. So if you need to go pick up anything at Sephora, hopefully youre able to see Haleema or Sierra.

I was super reluctant to go to a pop up location, but all other nearby locations were booked solid. It was a surprisingly wonderful experience. By all means, go in and ask directly for Elise. She is sweet to death and extremely knowledgeable. Id go back today but they close early on Sundays.
