I took a lottery ticket to be cashed to the Aliquippa Giant Eagle. I was told by a friend that the ticket was worth $290. The cashier, Trina, told me that the ticket was worth $190 and counted that amount out to me. When I spoke to my friend a few days later, he stated that the ticket was worth $290, and that Trian had given me incorrect information, but that the $100 I was shorted was probably still at the store. I contacted the managers at the store, and they confirmed that the lottery ticket was worth $290, but that there was no overage at the cashiers desk. They reviewed the store security tapes and could see Trina counting the money to me, but they stated they could not see the denomination of the bills. I told the management what the denomination of all the bills were, and I still have the money in my wallet. The managers did not state if they would review the entire tape to see if Trina took the other $100, but they curtly told me to "just go file a police report". I contacted the loss prevention department at the Giant Eagle corporate office, and was told that they would look into the matter. They have not returned any of my phone calls. I am taking legal action against the store, even if it costs more than the stolen $100, because of the principle of the issue. Trina should not have taken advantage of me and stolen the money from me.

Consistent issues with this pharmacy that are very annoying. If my doctor gives you a script, fill it! They say they call the doctors office but 2 of my doctors say they never received these calls been like this more times then I can count. They tell me scripts are ready that are not ready, they seem to take issue with everything. Even simple things like nicotine patches my doctor gave me a script for large, medium and small patches to ween myself off. They have made this a 2 month proccess for me to quit smoking by challenging the doctor and arguing that each product needs its own script.. my doctors in moon and never heard of such issues before. This pharmacy is whack, must be that Aliquippa tap water

A decent selection of items for a somewhat reasonable price. Most of the time the staff is pretty helpful although there are a few who leave a bit to be desired. Overall, its close to me so thats why I frequent the location often.

Very unorganized franchise Giant Eagle. This Giant Eagle is owned independently and it shows. Staff very unprofessional. Have had to make several visits over the years. Seems to get worse or stay the same. Not much culture here..

Today was good. Had almost everything I was there for. Employees were friendly. Only negative was that I wanted multiple boxes of no sugar added ice cream sandwiches and in the whole case there was only one.
