TERRIBLE SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT!!! ...I am taking the time to write this complaint so the other customers shopping here will know this Publix has terrible employees working here, and I will never be shopping at Publix again! The cashier (Heather) (at the "so-called Customer Service" counter) decided to discriminate against me and take another customer out of the line to get in front of me. I decided to ask the Assistant Manager (Neil) for assistance to find out "why" I was discriminated against, but he refused to help me. Finally, assistant manager (Ed) did assist me, he tried to call Heather to the front to find out what happened, but Heather went outside of the store to sit down on the bench because she knew I was complaining. I used to work for Publix, and the manager at my store would have fired her on the spot for such actions. I WILL NOT stop complaining until Publix decides to do what the management preaches and "take care of the customer" I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANY PUBLIX EVER AGAIN!!!!

Went there to get money orders for $4,000. Was told that over $3,000 required 2 forms of ID. So I asked for money order for $3,000 and then the manager said because I had already asked for over $3,000, he would still require 2 forms ID. So I showed him. Then he asked for my social security card, which I believe is illegal. I generally go to that publix a few times per week and they know me. But I will not be returning there. When I asked why I couldnt simply get $3,000 and go to another Publix one of the employees lied and said because I would be in the system. But how could I be in the system if I dont give ID? Duh! End of story: I simply went to 2 other Publix stores and got money orders for $2,000 each. Really terrible customer service and hints of racial discrimination as well.

This is the worst publix in Wellington. I had picked out a cake from their limited selection and had "happy birthday" written on it when I go to check out the kid bagging my cake was so rough with everything he threw the cake through the cart and all over the floor. The best part was they never apologized a manager never came over and it was the last cake they had. Also the cashier snatched back the gift card I bought out of my hand because I didnt sign the screen yet. This publix really needs to get it together.

Store is always clean, organized. Bakery is excellent for cakes and various pastries. Meats on the high end price-wise but you get bargains when they have specials. Staff always courteous and professional. Checkout a breeze via under-ten-items line...can be a bit of a wait in regular line .... But never a big deal with me.

This is the best Publix experience. Ive been visiting this Publix for 20 years. I walk in this store almost everyday. I know most of the employees. They are always very helpful and go out if their way to help me. Ive never had a bad experience. I love Publix.

I just lost my wallet and my phone on a childrens shopping car at this publix. Got home, realized what had happen and went back and there they were with the lady at the service desk. Better publix than this I dont think so....
