At 1 pm on a Sunday, no one to take WOK orders, no hot food on the hot food bar. The food bar opens at 11:00 am on Sundays. Had I shown up 2 minutes after they opened and didnt have anyone to take orders or food up I would have been MIFFED, coming in 2 HOURS after they opened and still no one to take orders or put food up is INEXCUSABLE. They also took down the bulk foods, probably to clean or date things yet no one in the store knows anything on why, when, or how long it will be down. When I asked I was simply told that wasnt their department. I didnt ask if it was their department, I asked if they could find someone who knew some info....not my department. Lazy college kids working the store have no work ethic or care for their shoppers who pay their paychecks.

The parking lot is like playing a game of frogger. Good luck even making into the store. If you survived the parking lot you are in store for the mass hysteria inside. Each week management meets to switch the isles around. They must want it to resemble a Big Lots and put the cleaning products next to the baby food. Or maybe the pet food next to the femine hygiene products. Who knows, its anyones guess. You think you are running in real quick to grab something, ha ha, the jokes on you. There is nothing quick about this store. After you FINALLY check out at one of the 2 lanes open or the problematic self check out, you must make it back to your car. Good Luck!

Its not Market District, its not Whole Foods, its not Trader Joes, however its a great local super market. The people working are older or special needs 90% of the time and they are great. They arent fast but they care. You can get beer, great cuts of meat, fresh produce and a prepared foods section that you cant get in bigger cities and better known brands. Im not a grumpy older man and maybe Im an old soul but this is by far my favorite Giant Eagle and Ive been to a lot of them.

Waited for ten minutes for the lady at the prepared food counter to show up, while management was standing around, only for her to tell me they didnt have pulled pork sandwiches despite their advertising all over the glass. Their cucumbers at the salad buffet taste worse than aged butthole, no lie. Overall the service of their staff and quality of their food is subpar to terrible. This giant eagle would be better off shutting down and being used as a homeless shelter.

The Moon Twp store has some good products. But a lot of stuff is just a little too expensive. Most things are easy to find. However, I miss the selection of items they used to have back when the store was privately owned. Hot foods section and sushi bar are excellent. Produce is usually pretty fresh. Fresh baked bread a plus. But price and limited selection keeps this rating somewhat low.

Its nice to have a Giant Eagle in Moon, but dont come here if youre in a hurry. There are never enough lanes open, the express lanes take longer than the normal lanes, and the store layout is constantly being moved around. The workers are nice, but they, too, seem to question where items are located when asked by customers. Very frustrating!!!

Oh I know that I can find all types of foods out there ! Now some had questioned the staff there on this . Well thats just THAT person, DEFINITELY doesnt define the place ! Now Im just thinking about possibly getting a job over there at the Giant Eagle in Moon . But this computer situation makes it rather impossible .

Good selection, lines arent long, stores clean, only complaint why cant they make a gluten free sandwich? I even offered to buy the bread and bring it over to them its not complicated I want 1 sandwich not fridge full of a whole bunch of bread and lunch meat I wont want to eat later

ALWAYS slow service at the pharmacy. And last time i had a prescription filled it took even longer since the pharmacist "wasnt comfortable" with the prescription. Never mind my doctor was and wrote the script.

Please bring back some of the Goya frozen products... You guys are 10-15 min from me. I just cant keep driving an hour to las palmas for frozen yuca, mango, and empanada wraps.

Good selection but the lines at the register are worse than almost any other Giant Eagle with the possible exception of Aliquippa.
