As a visitor from Germany I was very suprised when the cashier asked me today for the ID. I bought a bottle of wine and since I am just turned 37 years old it was kind of unexpected. So I asked her in a nice, funny way "Do I look so young that you ask me for the ID?" and she stated "No, you look like 40 years old"! Sorry what? Not really a nice comment from a cashier where you just left a lot of money. Not the way how you treat your customers. This happened October 19th at 10.15 am. There was just one checkout counter open so it must be easy to find out who this woman was. Hope this lady will be called from her manager for a talk how to behave more nice.

Disgusting customer service and employees. Upon asking a simple question I was hung up on and told not to call back either because of a miscommunication or sheer ignorance on their part which is equally seen with their employees at that location because they hardly know how to show a lick of respect for their customers. Quality comes from the people first and you certainly wont get it here. If you have to watch your wallet go to Publix instead, fast in their service but very respectful.

A great shopping experience...until a cart hits your Tesla. I bought $300 worth of groceries. When I came out to my car, there stands a 6 foot tall sub-human alien meme with a grin on his face. He approached me and said "Sir, Im afraid I lost control of the carts and they hit your Tesla." Yup. My 100k baby. I approach my car and there is a dent the size of the Grand Canyon. Well, Im on my way to replace the front bumper. LUDICROUS MODE ENGAGED!!!

Awful. The cashiers often seem like they have NEVER been trained. I have had to complain to manangers Kevin & James. The customer service sucks more often than not. I only go into this store when I dont have time to get to the store at Hypoluxo. I know Winn Dixie isnt Publix but damn, its not Walmart either.

Quality & selection is good & prices are better than Publix but watch your bill every time. Its a rare occasion that I dont have a special (like buy one get one) ring up wrong. It happens almost every time I shop there. The fix it but what a time wasting hassle.

3 star, its a winndixie. why goto a winn-dixie across from a publix, you really dont save anything, the quality is lower, the employees arent happy, and you can be across the street at a publix where the employees are invested in the success of the business.

Always low prices. Great BOGO. But dont expect to find too much help in the aisles or packing and carrying out ur groceries. Leave those bonuses to publix. P.s.- always check the expiration dates

The store is clean, the prices are pretty good and the parking is adequate. Sometimes it is hard to get help finding what I am looking for, but overall I am happy to shop at Winn Dixie.
