PLEASE open a self service line!! Today, I was trying to put my groceries on the belt, & I get pushed out of the way by an employee, who takes over. It was awkward. I dont even like having employees bag my items, let alone push me out of the way as Im organizing them to put on the belt. Some of us dont want the staff to be quite that intrusive. 2nd time its happened, & I dont really care for it. Plus, I had to stand outside in the rain going through my bags bc something got left out, & the bags were packed so unorganized that I didnt have a clue what was where... As Im standing in the rain trying to account for what Ive paid for so that I can go back in & settle the problem.

This store is terrible. The staff is rude and arent knowledgeable of their job. Avoid this store... Especially if u have any coupons at all. I purchased over $200 in food and had 4 coupons. This store has a list of competitor coupons posted, Bilo is one of them. The cashier Michelle and customer service rep Carlene told me they would not take the Bilo coupons ($4 off a $200 order) because they wouldnt be paid for them. Needless to say, I left everything there and went to another store with fast, friendly staff that knew the policy and accepted my coupons with no problem at all.

Im not usually one to write a review.... but the man at the seafood counter is one of the rudest that Ive ever met in my life. Ever. After five encounters with him, he has been horrible four out of five times. I was there today at 5:00pm, and had it not been for the bourbon Salmon, I would have walked away and had second rate chicken. He needs a different job no doubt. Thanks Elizabeth Everyone else is very kind, and I tried to give him a chance, but he is so unkind. It He makes the rest of the team look very bad... please replace him, or coach him appropriately. Thank you.

We had to send a gift basket asap and Harry & Davids told us they were too busy. So, we called Florals @ Publix. Nick put together a gorgeous fruit/wine basket, and included our lengthy note. He sent us pics, and when the recipient wasnt home, coordinated with us so that she would receive it. Such an ease working with them, and the recipient was really really happy with the basket. Weve had to send at least 3 gift baskets this week, and Publix was the preferred method :)

This is a GREAT store. Very friendly, helpful staff. Have shopped here for years. Dont really want to pass this on, but their NY Strip are THE best - juicy and tons of flavour. We occasionally try other store brands for our groceries , which may or may not be cheaper, but none of them compare with the pleasure of shopping at this store !

Worst Publix ever!!! The deli is horrible! The attendent had know idea how to make a sandwhich, entire sandwhich fell apart before she could wrap it!!! Ordered chicken and the girl stood there running her chops!!! I just walked away...should have left the messy sandwhiches as well...smdh! Never will I return...

Great deals! If you have a coupon for something they sell, even if its not one of their coupons. They will accept the coupon as long as its not expired.
