just too let every one know what a scamming company , and o not buy any thing that has been sold by other stores , for parts are missing stated on the box , with a tag states parts only , tent parts , went to cash out was marked 4.99 with sticker from goodwill and a v code for 5.00 , cashier called a manager who took item to the back and never returned with or with out the product , she called the cashier and had her tell me it would be 49.99 , for tent parts , the entire package was clearly marked not for retail sale , parts only ect , and they tried to get full new market value for item , will never shop at goodwill ever again , due to this type of scam , by retarded managers who clearly make bonus on sales , not by me and not 50.00 for few tent poles that was stated missing parts , thought about it and my brother went inside and they had taken stickers off the box and had 49.99 on the same box of tent poles , WHAT A JOKE , HOPE THEY GO UNDER WRITING TO KION NEWS AND BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

I bought a car jumping battery box here. It was old but the deal was great. At checkout I asked if it worked because if it didnt, i now have a $20 25lb paperweight. It would also be easy for them to check. The guy at the counter said he wasnt sure if it worked but I can return it for up to 16 days. Sure enough it didnt work, and when I tried to return it a few days later, they said I could only get store credit. This wasnt a shirt with a small hole or stain, this is a piece of electronic equipment, designed to charge batteries that could even charge itself. Absolute zero value. I shop here a few times a year at most. Rarely spending more than $5. Now Im stuck with $20 in store credit. There have also been stories of how employees are treated that i cant confirm but Ill be taking my business to value village from here on out.

As much as we all like to help the community by donating goods to Goodwill, things have changed at the drop off site. I was in my car waiting my turn to unload donations (Sunday 7/23 @ 11am), and the workers there refused to help with any lifting or unloading. I watched as two older ladies unloaded their car with books and started seeing what was happening....I got out of my car and unloaded their car for them. When I asked the workers why they didnt help they said it was against company policy to do anything but point at the bins. This is not right, we should just haul our stuff to the dump if that the case. Insane to treat people like that! Okay done with my rant.....

Sick and tired of going to my favorite store... (Goodwill) and being followed the entire time by "undercover" security!!!! They dont just watch, they literally stand a foot away from you, breathing on your neck... trying to look busy. So freakin annoying!!!!! . Im seriously about to give up my trips to Goodwill. Its all the Goodwills too. Im not a theif, clearly they are wasting their time, but worst of all...I just feel like I cannot wait to get out of the store. When Im shopping...I like to enjoy myself, take my time, think, compare. ..but its never like that anymore and is no longer a good experience. Getting worse and worse!!

I may have been in this store only a handful of times since moving into the neighborhood, but its a great place to start if you are looking for household items or you are wanting to donate some of your own stuff. They do try to keep it organized as best they can, and it seems they do a better job of keeping the books and clothing areas fairly organized. People usually donate pretty nice stuff at this location, so this is a great place to look if you need inexpensive furniture, silverware, dishes, clothes, or entertainment (such as books, dvds, etc).

Missy is rude and the whole store is a joke. Dont waste your time coming here. They are dirty and half the stuff is broken and they are selling for close to full price as real stores. When asked for a manager for price check the person who came up was just a regular employee after talking to him about the price he said that there was nothing he could have done anyways. We never shop here and this is why its not worth giving this scam company any more money for their "mission"

They are over priced and I hate how if something goes together like a pair of speakers they price them separately no matter how many speakers they are. No one wants to buy 1 at $20 and have to pay another $20 for the other one I asked them about it once and all they told me was some time people only need one..... ? Say what? Who in there right mind comes here to buy 1 speaker and not havinging to need the other? Like really?

I have donated many times here. The staff is always helpful and even helps unload furniture. Next time you need o move, dont just throw your furniture away, consider donation so that someone else can benefit from this. Also saves space in our ever growing landfills. Good location and great staff. After going here 10 plus times, I have had good service every single time. Good job.

Hey, This store truly amazed me. I found furnitures, paintings, clothes, home decor items etc for a really cheap price and had not worn out also. When I enquired about the products to the staff, they mentioned me that all the products are donated and the money they gain from each selling will go to community service. I think this is really great.

They went overboard with prices! You may get new product for the same price or some time cheaper! They sell LEDs for $2 a piece while Walmart sell 4 of them it for less than $4! I cant imagine poor people can afford to shop here anymore. Goodwill stores in other cities are more reasonable than this one!

Good furniture funds (Wed-Fri) as well as shoes, if uve got "the eye" (u know who u are). Like any thrift store, ull end up spending hours or frustrated if u havent learned to scan the racks fast for colors and textures you like of good quality. Of ur good at that, this place is worth a visit.

You can do better to go to Target, Pennys, or K-Mart and you will be able to beat the prices for new stuff instead of used things. The price is too high for donated goods and the prices are going up. I noticed that the Goodwill in Denver, CO was about 50% cheaper than this store.

Over priced compared to the other stores Ive been to in Portland and Hillsboro . Dirty. Employees never understand me, they will speak Spanish to me and if I say sorry I dont speak Spanish they shrug shoulders and walk away.

This place is stuffed to the brim with goodies. I got a 2 dollar phaser (yes, star trek) lights up and everything. 3 dollar dressers, its really good stuff too! Last couple of times I went it was busy. Early mornings seems best
