Im very happy with the couch I bought at this store but their customer service started out mediocre and got worse. My couch was delivered within the six weeks (on the last day) as promised but they failed to return my call during week five when I called to ask how things were going. When the delivery truck finally arrived, the delivery company was asking for more than the salesperson (Bill) at the store had quoted for me. I called to ask if anything could be done. The people at the store got upset with me, and never once apologized for their mistake. I probably wont shop here again, which is too bad, because they have good products and good prices.

The furniture quality at this store is hit and miss. I find the custom couches to be generally comfortable and well made, but many of the modern, minimalist chairs are way under padded. The selection is good, but if its busy youll have trouble getting help. And if you are not in the store and relying on email for answers to your inquiries--FORGET IT!! Their customer service by way of email and phone is awful. Be prepared to be ignored on that front. I was repeatedly ignored after sending emails and leaving phone messages.

Huge space, quality selection, reasonable prices -- because Carol and Dan are picky about what they take (unlike other consignment shops). I bought all the major pieces for my empty house here -- some great finds (antique and mid-century design tables, dressers, credenzas, fabulous desks, perfect accent pieces, and some basic Crate and Barrel / Pottery Barn type stuff). Couldnt leave in less than 2 hours per visit wandering the shop -- its so interesting. Im going to go back weekly til my house is done!

I just bought a really cool sectional/chaise hybrid. I shopped around online and even visited IKEA, but this couch ended up being absolutely perfect. There was no pressure to buy, and they even arranged immediate delivery. Overall the whole crew seemed really with it and nice. Im giving 5 stars because the couch is well made, and has a great aesthetic. The purchasing and delivery process were very easy, and the price was very fair. I will definitely consider them for future furniture purchases.

The male and female behind the desk are not nice. I stood at the counter (about 3 feet away from them) for a minute before I was asked if I needed anything. Hummm, Im a consumer at a furniture store, do I need anything!? The younger sales man is nice and not a pushy sales person (the kind I like). They have a few simple, sleek furniture items that I liked. And they claim that they are made in here in Portland. Id give the furniture selection a B and the customer service a D.

This is an absolutely AMAZING furniture store!! I was so lucky to find it after looking all over for a REASONABLY PRICED antique dresser I stumbled upon Consigned Home Furnishings and was so so excited. They have a huge space full of wonderful pieces, some new and some second hand-though they look brand new- and everything is at absolutely amazing prices. The owner was very very helpful and full of information. WHAT A FIND!!!

The store has some fantastic pieces, but you are never guaranteed to find anything that will work. Along with consignment they also have pieces that they purchase for their floor to sell. While they have great taste for their store, the consigned furniture pieces are the real find. By being downtown, you are more likely to find urban apartment friendly furniture, compared to the consignment stores in the suburbs.

Wonderful local furniture store with a variety of styles from which to choose on two floors. They offer a combination of new and consignment pieces, as well as rugs. Id say it is heavy on the mid-century and industrial styles, but others are certainly represented. I felt their prices were reasonable compared to national chains. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Delivery is available.

We bought a nice love seat at this shop for $375 and we were happy. But after we paid and we were setting up delivery, the owner told us our neighborhood was a land fill and he was kind of a jerk the whole time in retrospect. I wont be returning to this shop. Most of the stuff looked like my grandmas pee green 70s furniture anyway. We were lucky to find a gem.

Eclectic furniture selection, both for consigned and new pieces. The prices are reasonable. The staff is courteous and helpful. This place has the best balance in the Portland metro, with a collection that has both retro and new furniture. Would highly recommend this store if either you are looking to freshen your home up, or new a lot of furniture.

Very nice selection of gently used items - they are obviously highly selective in what they agree to show. Not rock-bottom prices, but some deals to be had. Have sold a few items through them as well, and have been happy with the results - hassle free and good prices obtained, even after they take 40%.

My husband and I spent a while in here with our 3 year old (so...yeah), and everyone was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Good, affordable deals on consigned items and wonderful, stylish locally made pieces. Definitely recommend for an awesome local furniture store and warm service.

Good selection of quality used and new furniture. They do have some pretty good consigned furniture, but they also have new furniture. The new furniture is produced in house from their factory in Wilssonville. Furniture is modern looking, feels good, and is at a price that is typical.

One of the employees called a co-worker and myself "f--king idiots" several times because of a simple misunderstanding, so I cant say I would recommend a business whos employees treat strangers so poorly.

Great, always changing selection of new and used furniture. A lot (all?) of the new furniture is built locally in Oregon. Very friendly service. Bought our couch and TV stand here.
