I had purchased a dresser from Mission Craft Furniture. It was extremely unfortunate to find that my beautiful dresser had lychtid beetles coming from two drawer fronts (the gestation period for lychtid beetles is 12 months). I took the two drawer fronts back to Mission Craft and spoke with the owner, Ted Imel. He said he would speak to his supplier. The following weekend, Ted picked up the dresser. I asked him "what are your plans for the dresser". He said and I quote "I have no choice but to replace it". Nearly six weeks later his employees delivered the same infested dresser passing it off as a newly built dresser. I did not allow the dresser back into my home, just as I would never allow a mattress with bed bugs into my home!! After speaking with several professionals, hiring one to do an inspection to prove to Mr. Imel that the bugs did not come from my home, all said they would have never allowed that dresser into their homes. After months of trying to reason with Mr. Imel that I should NOT have to risk my home of infestation, his reply was "if you dont like it, then sue me!" I wrote both the Attorneys General and the Better Business Bureau. Ted did not respond to either one of their requests. I filed for Small Claims, Ted did not refute the claim and I was granted the small claims judgment in July of 2011. He has not paid this claim. Four months after opening a claim with the BBB and eight months after writing the Attorneys General, Mr. Imel told both that he would make payments towards the judgment. By responding to their requests, it is the policy of both the Attorney Generals and the BBB to close the claim. These organizations do not follow up to ensure that Mr. Imel does what he says he will do. He has promised several times to me that he would make payments. As of September 2012, he has never made any payments. It has been over a year and after court fees, lawyer fees and garnishment attempts my $1800 dresser has turned into a $2400 nightmare! No one should have to go through this! Ted Imel does NOT tell the truth and he enjoys playing games!! I now have a dresser made in China and Ted Imel has my money and the infested dresser.

Worked with the owner a number of years ago when furnishing first home on a budget. This time around bigger budget yet I still wanted value. The owner even agreed to meet me after hours to discuss design and cost requirements prior to order. Got on time delivery of beautiful hand crafted furniture. It was also nice to see the workshop where the furniture is actually built by local craftsmen. Have had multiple compliments on the beds, dressers, and night stands. Over the years I have referred multiple friends and colleagues who have also been pleased with Mission Craft.

Low Quality, No Customer Support. Bought the Basic Platform bed from them In October 2014. As of August 2015, two of the four corners had split. This didnt affect the function of the bed so I let it go. I moved to a new place and decided I wanted a headboard, so I contacted them, and was quoted $400 for a headboard. This is two and a half times what I paid for the whole bed! For one piece! Their stuff is like one (small) step above Ikea particle board crap, and wildly overpriced. Look elsewhere.

We love our Cherrywood bed. We had a great experience. Ted the owner gave us a great bed and we get compliments on it all the time. It has held up to my 5 year jumping on it all the time. Make sure you call before you head over there as the showroom is also the shop where they build everything. Ted also loves kids and dogs and has a great sense of humor

I got a Mahogany entertainment center from MissionCraft. It is very well built & should last a very long time. The mahogany lumber mixed with the finish he used, the entertainment center is now a focal point in my living room! I will use MissionCraft again for my future furniture purchases.
