Ive never experienced worse Customer Service than the one I received from Ramos Furniture in Hayward. I just walked out of the store disgusted with the way I was treated. I came in looking to buy a leather sectional and a new bed set. Maritza was helping me, she walked away to go check if the sectional I was interested in was still available. While I was waiting I went up to the Manager in charge Gustavo to ask him about the warranty on a leather bench I had purchased a year ago. I could tell by the way he was talking to me that he did NOT want to help me. I asked him to please check if the bench was still under warranty as it was all torn. Still waiting for Maritza to get back to me with an answer on the sectional... I look over and shes just sitting there eating.... Not saying a word to me until she saw me walking out the door! Then I look back and all 3 employees were laughing out loud! Wtf is wrong with this place... Somebody needs to train these idiots on how to sell and give customer service. Do your self a favor and dont waste your time coming to Ramos Furniture in Hayward!!!

Terrible furniture not make right tried to get the manager too prop he wont pick up the phone there email dont work .Never been treated so badly.Still wont call me back started calling on 12/10/2015 No help from the manager Mr Gustavo
