I stumbled across this place by accident while trying to find nearby Rerun. What a find. Its a non-profit organization that accepts donated furniture and redistributes it to low-income people. To cover their running costs and pay for things their beneficiaries need that arent often donated, they sell a few of the higher end pieces in this little shop. I can only assume that the people who donate are very wealthy because this store has some absolutely beautiful items at very reasonable prices. I picked up an 18th Century carved wooden armchair for $150 and a Chesterfield-style green velvet sofa in great condition for $250. I would have struggled to find those two things in Ikea for that price and these are lovely, well made pieces that will last for years. I am thrilled with my purchases and will be definitely be back as they have many more beautiful objects. Be aware that they are staffed by volunteers and close at 4pm most days. The lady who works there told me that they are short of volunteers so, if you have the time, this is a great cause. I recently completed a long distance move to the area and the quotes I got from movers were so expensive that it made more sense to get rid of what little furniture I had and buy what I needed in Portland. In addition to helping low income people with free furniture, this organization is also helping young people like me who can afford to pay but need to buy decent quality furniture on a budget.

Really nice collection of items. We bought reasonably priced original art and some ceramic items. They have different categories of items on sale depending on the day of the week.

They really help people out a lot and its fun to find some treasures at the thrift store even though its often fairly picked over for the cheaper stuff.
